I love Gap; I buy a lot of clothes from there, I order online, etc etc etc. I do NOT love this Gap! Selection is super limited; they don’t carry everything that is available online and they certainly don’t carry as much inventory as the Gap at Northpark, Galleria, or even West Village. It’s simply not a large enough space to have everything, especially considering this space also serves as a Gap Kids. Staff is also very so-so; they don’t greet you or ask if you need help or anything. They’re nice enough if you approach them but they’re just kind of apathetic. Dressing room is also a mess and not staffed by anyone, which is fine just kind of weird. It’s the closest Gap to my house but I’ll only go if I’m looking for a specific item and the website shows me that it’s in stock at this location.

Selection isn’t so great here — the men’s side especially did not have much of a variety. The cashier was too busy texting while checking us out. She texted the entire time for two transactions — before, during, after bagging, and in between customers.

I am a Gap fan. Not a place to get some article of clothing that is going to ‘wow’ everyone but for staple clothes, sweaters, jeans, jackets, socks, scarves, etc. I think they do a good job and I think their stuff lasts good and doesn’t look worn even after a lot of wears.
