Very bad service, they try charging for things that are free at other funeral homes. They wanted extra to deal with life insurance and weekend service. It took two weeks to get death certificates and no return phone calls or follow ups. At lest its done now and I don’t have to deal with them anymore. Very disappointed. jps

I unfortunately was placed in the position to have to do business with this company with the sudden unexpected passing of my husband earlier this month. I was referred to Chanda Gonzalez in their office from Ted Dickey(where we had my husband services) as one of his final requests was to be buried where his sister was laid to rest, and she worked with my and my family in deciding on a location to bury my husband at. She was VERY patient and took quite a long time showing us different locations available on the grounds and going over the different pricing structures even understanding that I wanted to check out another location closer to home before making this big decision, ultimately deciding on this location.(I never realized how much was involved with the burial of a person) and she went over EVERYTHING!!! It was a very difficult decision for me to make and she was very mindful of mine and my sons loss. I am still working with them on the headstone stuff but overall would recommend them for burial(I did the services at another location — closer to home). She even helped me make plans for me so my sons don’t have a lot to deal with when something happens to me… The cemetery grounds are really kept up from what I have seen and though I was concerned about the area it is in, I just don’t recommend leaving anything of value in your car when you visit. Would definitely recommend them in the event that you require their services.
