Had booked a one-​way rental from Dallas to Austin, and was told the day before that they had no trucks, and would not assist with the cost of changing my airfare to accommodate their poor scheduling/​booking systems.
Don’t book with U-​Haul if you’re trying to mesh their incompetence with your schedule.

Super friendly service here. I came in about half a dozen times in the last couple weeks gearing up for a big move, probably met the entire staff in the process. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I’ve been to nightmare U-​Haul stores before, but this one is top-​notch.
