Ah May Zing If I could bathe in their salad dressing I would! Great beer & cocktail selection Delicious food Terrific staff Good background music AND A FIREPLACE! *clapping* My husband THOROUGHLY enjoyed his burger. My beet salad and mahi mahi were so so good. I can see us coming back here every time we are in Dallas. As my husband said: «From now on, no trip to Dallas will ever be complete without a trip to Henry’s Majestic» Bonus– the host recognized my husband.

Went for Sunday brunch– the food was delicious and came out very fast, BUT it was lukewarm at best :( We were in a hurry to get to the airport so didn’t say anything… Other than that, great service and would definitely try again!

This place is awesome. We came here for happy Hour and they had cocktails for only $ 5! The atmosphere of this restaurant is really cool. It’s very industrial and rustic and I like that. We sat outside and it was perfect. When we came, we went during happy hour and their cocktails were really good for only $ 5 a piece! The food was good, too. I had tacos and it was delicious. My favorite cocktail that they had was the one with cucumber and gin. It was refreshing and it was delicious. Their brunch menu was really good, too. Our waiter was very nice as well. He was attentive and nice to us since we asked to be moved from inside to outside sitting. Check this place out especially during happy hour!

Love this place for Saturday brunch. It’s always packed but so worth the crowds. I love that valet is complimentary. This time around I had the Texas Phở and was sooo satisfied with the dish. The brisket was big and tasty and the broth was seasoned to perfection. Honestly, the only reason Henry’s doesn’t get five stars is the service. The waitress was a little spacey and it took forever to get a water refill. Maybe if they are that busy they should put little water pitchers at all of the tables?

My favorite restaurant in Dallas. Henry’s Majestic excels at everything: brunch, dinner, bar, etc. Their bartenders are excellent and they have one of the most inventive cocktail menus I’ve ever seen. Brunch offers a champagne/mimosa bar with fresh fruits, juices and choose your own champagne. Dinner is best if you get an assortment of their shared plates because everything is so good. They do change their menu seasonally, and the service is superb. Reasonably priced with lots of seating(and several zones: restaurant, bar, patio). Self-parking nearby is near impossible but valet is complimentary.

Score would be lower if it were not for the mimosa bar Had brunch here. Great mimosa bar… what a fabulous idea. They set up a table with a selection of juices, fruits, bitters etc. that you can use to mix your own mimosa, fun! That is where the pluses ended for me. The service was very slow and cramped so the waiter at the next table shoved me off my chair each time he went past. The food was not good. I had the eggs benedict which was served on a very dry corn cake of sorts. A friend had the biscuits and gravy which she barely ate as the biscuits were dry and dense ans hard to eat. Will not be back

I can’t say enough good things about Henry’s Majestic!!! I went here twice in the same week because the food was delicious, the service was fantastic, and the drinks came with a twist. First off the food at dinner– loves the appetizer, small plate, and entrée selections. I split oysters with a friend and overall they were good, but not the best I’ve ever had. The last one of the night had a funny taste to it. The meal I had the AKAUSHIROTISSERIERIBEYESANDWICH, and it was absolutely delicious! I am not quite sure the ribeye was a medium rare. The lighting in the restaurant was not good enough to tell by sight, but the taste was more of a medium to medium well. The french onion dip for the sandwich was spot on with excellent flavor. And the bread was wonderful– flaky and light. I do not know where the bread comes from but definitely tastes homemade. The textures and flavors of the meal all came together very nicely. I was suppose to share/food swap this meal, but it did not happen. Brunch– the chicken and waffles were definitely the highlight of my meal. It’s on the small plate meal for sharing, but I wish I would have gotten this for my meal. The gravy and jalapeño maple syrup are served with them. I put a little of both on my portion– hello brunch! The pork belly bowl was ok– loved the grits! They had a wonderful taste, but the rest of the dish fell short. I did love the BEERBRAISEDCORNEDBEEFHASHANDVITALFARMSEGG, and I wish I would’ve ordered that for breakfast. We also had these six little miller high life beers(The Collegiate) that we ordered as a joke because where else do you get mini beers at brunch??? The drinks are amazing concoctions of flavor and Henry’s has two bars(yep 2). The one up front has a sign that reads«Prescriptions»(genius) and the other has a swinging window to the patio area to accommodate inside and outside guests. My one observations about the drinks– are they putting any alcohol in them or are the flavors so cleverly concocted that you don’t taste it ATALL? The verdict is still out for me on this one. For $ 10 a drink I am a little suspicious that I can drink 2 and feel not even slightly affected by alcohol. Overall, a must go, must try place.

It was my first time here and I’m so glad a friend recommended this place. Came here on a Friday night with some friends for drinks and we loved it! The lights were dim and the vibe was just great! They had heaters inside which were so toasty and perfect for freezing nights. The band was playing live music and it was perfect. I ordered the lust for life which was brut champagne and some other citrus fruit. I’m not a huge fan of brut. Actually I really dislike brut but I really enjoyed my drink. This spot is good for a group of friends or a fun double date. I will definitely come back and try their food next time and more drinks!

I had a great time at Henry’s Majestic. My friend and I came here for Happy Hour on a Friday. These guys have a great Happy Hour! It’s Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and it’s $ 5 for house wines, draught beers and select cocktails. We arrived at 5:30 on Friday evening and sat at a table in the bar area. I had a glass of the house rosé, which was lovely. My friend had the Fords Cooler cocktail, which was gin, grapefruit liquor, cucumber water, and lemon. It was a tasty and refreshing drink. We shared the Housemade Onion Dip, which is totally delicious, and served with celery sticks, carrot sticks and fresh cut potato chips. We devoured the potato chips and still had some dip left, so we asked for more potato chips and we were given them free of charge! So great. We also shared a side of hand cut russet potato fries, which were served in this great little cast iron skillet and totally scrumptious. We dipped them in the onion dip and in the ketchup they provided. The whole experience was made especially great by the attentive waitstaff. Everyone that we interacted with was super nice, and very helpful. Our waters were never empty. We were always checked on and never felt forgotten, even though we were in the bar area, where it was quite busy. The only downside to Henry’s Majestic is that the only parking option is valet. It’s free valet, which is nice, but it still means handing your keys over, and tipping(if you’re a decent human, which I like to think I am). Anyway, I look forward to coming back and enjoying a full meal here! And for those of you who haven’t come for Happy Hour yet, do!

First, don’t believe them when they say it’s just a xyz wait time. I think the boy and I waited for 45 minutes or so when we were told 30 minutes. Isn’t it usually an overestimate when you’re told that? Needless to say, we were hungry and grumpy and this was a Saturday around 2pm. That’s how popular this place was. And we see why! The mimosa bar was fun — lots of different juices and purees and bitters to choose from(but not bottomless). And the food was delicious. There aren’t a ton of vegetarian options, but just ask it sans meat… so two veg heads here and we were at a loss of what to get. However, we made it work. Menu: Fondue Eggs Benedict Bw waffle Fondue: basically melted brie on some crispy burnt bread topped with raisins and nuts served in a skillet. It was delicious, but the bread was a bit on the charred side for us(and this guy eats anything and I love me some char for the most part…) Eggs Benedict: this was really popular and very good! It was almost like taco style with some cabbage and cotija cheese and the poached eggs were on this corn muffin patty which was really tasty. Topped with some fresh avocado and all, so delightful! I’m sure the meat version is even better(though I can’t imagine that). The waffle was sooo delightful. There’s supposed to be bacon in it but I don’t eat that, so they took that out but kept the jalapeño in it so the egg and waffle and maple syrup and jalapeño made this perfect and delectable combination that was so good. This waffle is crispy and good too, mind you. The wait was worth it, but I highly recommend a reservation because this place gets nuts. I’ll definitely come back to try other options though!

Some friends & I visited Dallas over the weekend. We checked on the lovely Unilocal app. Asked some peeps & they recommend Henry’s majestic ! We were a hungry bunch… drinks were needed ASAP ! Walking into this place I was in awe … Very rustic. Loved the décor. We were going to sit inside but we noticed the beautiful patio; couldn’t pass that up ! I will say it’s one of the best patios … We were able to still order from the outside bar if necessary . Now to the food … The table ordered a variety of things. There was $ 5 charged cocktails. I chose The Eastwood… Made up of bourbon. Ginger. Lime & tonic ! Perfect blend of my favorites. By the end of the meal I had two of those. As far as my entrée it was midday & the burger sounded good. I ordered the bone marrow burger. The thought of marrow kinda grossed me out but what the heck. I’m in Dallas !! Topped with the right amount of caramelized onions & cheese. It came with house made chips & a side salad. Just enough greens to make me feel good about myself lol. I couldn’t finish it all. So I sat & took in the moment. Our server was awesome, he gave us some great tips on where to eat & party ! He was attentive & honest about the selections . No doubt I would choose this place again. Have to try the brunch next time.

Came out for dinner with friends. At recommendation of waiter(who was awesome) we got cheese and meat dish paired with bourbon and rye. Very good. We all got the marrow burger which was delicious. So much flavor! They had a jazz band playing outside which was really cool. They had heaters for outside but maybe could have used a couple more spaced out. Hard to complain though. They had a solid drink selection and the bar tender made an excellent old fashioned. You will pay a pretty penny but I left satisfied.

I came here with my friend after he suggested it. The place wasn’t busy on a Sunday night around 7pm, so we were seated immediately. At first glance of the cocktail menu, the«Can’t Hardly Wait» caught my eye. It was a concoction made up of whiskey, blackberries and sage. It was very tasty, and easy to drink. We shared the oyster appetizer, which were unique and good. For my entrée, I had the burger, and asked for it to be cooked to a medium. It came out to more of a medium-rare, but I still ate it. The flavors were great, but there was too much mayonnaise that it weighed the burger down even more. It was a little rich for me. The house made chips were great though! Overall, a good place to eat, but nothing I would crave to go back.

My review is not based on the satisfactory service and quality of the dinner. Rather, it only reflects the restaurant’s complete inability to control its HVAC setting for the two hours that we spent in the cold and frozen corner of the restaurant. This was a highly anticipated dinner, featuring Katie’s return to Dallas. With 6 premier attendees, including the rarely seen«Asian guy» on McKinney street, we were set for a perfect evening… except for the temperature, that is. We were seated at the corner of the main room, where the AC held us down with its mighty winter breath. Upon finding out that the thermometer indicated a breezy 70 degrees(definitely colder at the corner), we asked the server, then the manager, to up the thermometer. It was eventually set to 87 degrees, but the actual temperature kept dropping down! 67 degrees by the time we left… what a mood killer. I really have nothing against the restaurant or its employees. But that HVAC needs to be fixed! kthxbye

We went here for Sunday brunch. The interior is quite attractive, casual yet upscale. Our service was good. She said it was her third day yet she seemed to know the menu and the food. I started with a Garden Bloody Mary and it was really good, probably the highlight of the meal($ 10). Very spicy and had a nice kick. The Polish vodka is jalapeño infused. I ordered the chilaquiles and the flavors were good but it was quite pricey for the amount I received($ 14). There was hardly any chicken and the dish left me only moderately less hungry than when I started. I would not recommend this dish if you are really hungry. I have definitely had better elsewhere and I even prefer mine to theirs. The tortilla chips are from a bag and crispy, not soft from being soaked in salsa. The wife got biscuits and gravy and they were average at best($ 12). One of the biscuits seemed quite dense. The first one was hard on the outside but tender inside as if it were a day old. The second one was raw inside and inedible. The gravy was tasty. There were sliced sausage pieces on top instead of inside the gravy. Kind of odd, really. Overall, it was a good experience but lacked the wow factor for the food. We would like to return to try a burger that seemed to be popular, and to sit outside and enjoy a drink or two. For this visit, I am giving it 4 stars on the strength of the Bloody Mary and the ambience.

Snapshot: Service 5/5, Food & Drink Menu 5/5, Décor & Originality 5⁄5 If your looking for a vibe and place that transcends an experience, check out Henry’s. From the moment you walk in you get that 1940’s feel with a modern spin. There’s two full bars(one once you walk in to the left and another that opens to the patio.) the old fashions are on point. They offer an extensive beer list as well as house syrups for elixirs. The staff is very accommodating as we recently celebrated my gf’s bday party w/17 people. They allowed us to float from the table to the bar. The menu might seem limited but offers a wide variety of items. — The chicken salad is fresh and big enough to share w/3 people. — Try the bass, it’s grilled to perfection w/a hint of spice. — Shrimp & grits, just order it and share the goodness. I hear the brunch is legit so I’ll be back. Thanks for a great celebration and the Marvin spotify station was on point!

It was love at first sight when I walked into Henry’s Majestic. It was the first time, in a long time, that I felt newness in the Dallas brunch scene. The décor set a mood of a rustic-modish, cool atmosphere. I loved everything about the place, from the service to the music. This is definitely a fun type place to come with their hip tunes that played in the background. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled about were the wooden chairs and wobbly table that made it a bit uncomfortable seating wise. We started off with the build your own Mimosas. I liked that we were able to get two mimosas for $ 10. I know that some restaurants offer bottomless mimosas at this price, but they don’t allow you to control what goes inside of the glass. I think the price is worth the juice and fruit options that can accompany the alcohol of choice! For our appetizer, we ordered the Pigs in Puff Pastry. Out came four mini pastries, with a side of Dijon mustard. The mustard was overkill on the pastries in my opinion, which should be a good thing for the Chef to hear, because it means the pastries were so good that they didn’t need any condiments. I do think they were overcooked by 1 minute, but hey, they were still delicious. For my entrée, I ordered the Majestic Breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, a biscuit, and jam. The eggs were soft and creamy, the sausage tasted wonderful, and the potatoes were seasoned perfectly. The biscuit was great when paired with a bit of the jam. In all honesty, it was literally love at first bite. I highly recommend this dish! I had a bite of the Al Pastor Pork Benedict, and although I think the concept of the entrée was quite innovative, the dish itself lacked flavor and was underwhelming. I had a fantastic time dining here. I would like to give kudos to the service. We had reservations and were immediately seated as soon as we walked in, which is not always the case at restaurants in Dallas. I am already planning my next visit for brunch!

Awesome atmosphere. Great staff/service. Mediocre food. I saw Henry’s as the review of the day on Unilocal’s Instagram page so after checking out the reviews and pictures I knew I had to visit. My boyfriend and I went Friday right after work for happy hour(it was a toss up to make happy hour or brunch over the weekend. So we decided to start with happy hour and if our experience was good enough we’d go back for brunch.) which we needed up going back on Sunday, but we’ll get into that. They offer complimentary valet which is needed for sure. Just make sure to have some cash on you to be able to tip! So for my Friday trip, I walked in and was immediately seated. My waitress, Amanda 2-: sweet and helpful. She also gave us the enrich menu since we’d had some interest in coming back. The menu is simple, moderately priced, and visually appealing choices. The drinks were half off during happy hour and our food was served soon after we ordered which was great. The serving sizes are great but unfortunately for me and my boyfriend. The food was just ok. Not very flavorful. But decent. However the vibe and people are so cool we wanted to come back for brunch and the infamous mimosa/sparkle bar. So we went back today(Sunday) and the exact same thing. Great people. Amazing service. Bland food. If I could bring my own food and enjoy the service and drinks from Henry’s I would. Ps. They don’t have purse hooks ladies so be prepared.

A friend was in town from New York, so we thought we would try out a new place for brunch and chose Henry’s Majestic. I had heard good things and had been dying to give it a try. I knew it was kind of swanky and trendy, and typically would prefer something a little more low key however, since we were going with a group, it seemed like the perfect time to give it a try! Great spot! I wouldn’t come here every weekend but it was fun for a group brunch. The interior was decorated well and was super chic and cute. It was open and had a fun atmosphere. First we all ordered mimosas from the«Sparkly bar». Super fun! They give you a glass of champagne and then you go to their bar and and dress it up however you want. They have lots of different berries and many different juice options. I loaded my champagne up with strawberries and raspberries and added their white cranberry and peach juice. Yum, yum, yum! Great way to start the morning:) For my meal I ordered the biscuits and gravy with blueberry links. It was pretty good but not the best I have ever had. My boyfriend ordered the Majestic breakfast which was very standard and came with eggs, bacon, and potatoes. It was pretty good but nothing fancy. Others at the table ordered the avocado toast(personal fave) and chicken and waffles. I didn’t try the waffles but heard it was fantastic. Overall a fun new place to have brunch!

Great lunch, HH stop, or dinner spot. Went here for lunch and they have a $ 5 charged cocktail menu with super great refreshing summer drinks. The Slice of Life was excellent with vodka, citrus, soda, and strawberry rhubarb. Yummmm. The Hot Wet American Summer with rum and watermelon water was great as well. We started with the onion dip and the Al Pastor Tacos. The onion dip was smooth and creamy. The chips were ok. I would have loved some more veggies though. The tacos are excellent. The pork shoulder was juicy and tender. We shared the Marrow Spiked Burger and the Rotisserie Chicken Wrap. Just get them. One or both. They are amazing. The burger was cooked perfectly and the bacon and caramelized onions just sent it over the edge. The wrap with the jalapeño bacon paired perfectly with the chicken and avocado. The patio is gorgeous and even though it’s 120 degrees right now we sat there and were comfy under the trees.
