Been coming here for years and I think they do good work; but they seriously need to stop trying to up-sell to the deluxe pedicure — being persistently asked more than once is just obnoxious.

My sister left this place in tears yesterday! She is 7 ½ months pregnant, works on her feet, and all she wanted to do was come in and relax. The lady doing her pedicure pointed at her legs that weren’t perfectly shaved and started to laugh and point it out to the other ladies close by. My sister has had dry skin during her pregnancy so it’s left her skin looking dry and red and the lady also pointed at her feet and began laughing with the other ladies. What a way to make a fellow woman feel bad about herself during what is supposed to be the most beautiful time in her life. We’ve been going here for 2 years, but we’ll never return and I’ll make sure to tell all our friends to never come back either! It’s just terrible that you could point and laugh at a pregnant woman and make her leave your establishment in tears. Shame on you!

Very inexperienced people. Poor quality. This photo taken 1 hour after I left the salon. People don’t speak to you and don’t care.

First this place was more expensive than a place right across the street. I got my nails done here and within two days they were peeling. I got the Next Gen which should last like 2 weeks with no problems. I went back and they were VERYNICE and redid the top gel coat no questions asked. But then within the day they were peeling again. So although they were nice I probably won’t be going back because I want my nails to last if I’m going to be paying over $ 60.

One star because I can’t give zero. These people rushed thru my nails. Two are crooked and they made three of my nail beds bleed. It wouldn’t even be worth going back to get them fixed because they would probably ruin the rest somehow.

By far the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. It was rushed. All of my toe nails are jagged and uneven. She barely scrubbed my feet. Not to mention I’m 99% positive that she wasn’t using sterile utensils. Disgusting. I paid way more than I should have.

Given the choice I would pass on this salon… they kept trying to sell me extras… I just wanted a eyebrow wax and pedicure… worrisome they want the tip in cash too! I got a mediocre pedicure at best and no top coat! I have tried several salons in my area which is new to me but haven’t found the right match.

Worse Mani EVER!!! I did the gel mani & the polish started boiling under the heat lamp. Then the guy tried to charge me more than I owed. He was yelling at me while I walking out if the salon. And now I’m left w/a rippled gel mani.

«I love your… face. I like your eyes. I like your nose. I like your mouth. I like your teeth.» After my pedicure, my nail therapist leaned forward and told me this. Score! I’ll come back for the ego boost alone. I didn’t find the staff un-friendly, but not as friendly as my usuals at my normal salon. The facts: 1. They can tweeze your brows and do your nails all at once! Multi-taskers. 2. They offer you a beverage when you sit in the chair. 3. They’re quick, but not rushing. 4. Nice selection of OPI and Essie polish. 5. Chandliers and purple paint on the ceilings. 6. Free butter mints when you leave. 7. Complimentary manicurists(not, like, free to take home with you– the other kind of complimentary) 8. Practically painless. My cuticle work isn’t perfect, but I’m a perfectionist, so it rarely is up to my standards no matter when I go.
