Their food is ok, but the owner, Jimmy John himself, goes to Africa and hunts endangered animals such as Black Rhinos & Elephants. Too many other places to eat at to support people like him.

Great sandwiches plus they deliver in the Medical District area of town. This sandwich shop has great turn around time for those who need to get in and out quickly for lunch.

This location saves my life several times a month.
I work at MINI of Dallas and frequently I do not have time to take a lunch, much less wait for delivery.
I order my usual sandwich online and they get it to me within 10 minutes every time. They are almost as fast as the sweet MINI Coopers I sale.
Food is delicious. Made just right.

I eat or order here all the time, fast service, nice delivery people, delicious veggie sandwich. Yum! Oh and fabulous prices, awesome that there is no delivery minimum. There are so many locations

This place serves up pretty good subs; better than Subway in my opinion. Service at this establishment has always been good to me and having delivery available makes it even better. They should stay open later though since they’re in the Hospital District.

The guy who answered the phone had no clue what he was doing and couldn’t tell me if my order came through online or not. Then once it blew his mind that I said well can I just place it with you and if another order comes through online for the same person, cancel it. He had to ask his manager what to do all for them to just say they didn’t deliver to me and sent me to another store which said they also don’t deliver which is funny because when I got home today, a jimmy johns employee was delivering. What jokes.

I went here at the request of a coworker. She raved how there was just something deliciously special about this place. I would say it was OK, if you are looking for just something cheap but Subway is better. This is a bare bones sandwich. Shame on you if you can’t make a Jimmy John’s type sandwich at your house and bring it to work. I truly wasn’t expecting anything good and I got just that. 2 stars because it is cheap. 2 stars because it is fresh? maybe? Better than burger and fries fast food? Also, 2 stars for the entertainment. Our visit included 2 crackheads going in and out of the bathroom. Kinda grossed me out that employees allowed that kind of thing to go on in their restaurant.

Fast, fresh and great tasting sandwiches! It’s 5 stars for what it is… a sandwich shop. Not sure why the good reviews with only 3 stars.

My Gluten free wife was excited to try Jimmy John’s lettuce wraps, and we made the mistake of choosing this location. We were appalled to note the lack of customer service. My wife ordered a veggie on lettuce wrap. She ordered without avocado and cheese, as she is allergic to both. What we received was a large amount of paper (they actually double wrapped it to make it look larger) with 2 pieces of lettuce holding 4 slices of cucumber and 2 of tomato slathered in mayo. When we asked for more toppings, they tried to explain that it was all they could do without charging more for additional toppings. It’s absolutely ridiculous that the expectation would be to eat that little for the dinner we showed up for. Horrible customer service as well. We won’t ever be visiting this branch again, maybe not even this company.

Jimmy John’s sub sandwiches are pretty tasty. I like the bread it has good texture and flavor. You get to choose an 8 inch Sub or an 8 inch sub with twice the meat and cheese they call it a Giant Club Sandwich. I like the Vito which is an Italian sub. Price is 6 and 7 dollars and you have to pay extra for chips 1.70 and no pickle. You get a fair amount of meat on the sub not much lettuce. The Giant sub does have a lot of meat on the sandwich. And it is 1 dollar more than the regular one.
Jimmy John’s has a very user friendly web page to order from. We get lunch here at this location. And they have a very fast delivery. And they are fast at peak lunch times. There is a 2 dollar delivery charge added to my bill. I not sure if the price goes up or down.
I have ordered twice from this location and they have messed up both times. Once they forgot a sandwich. And the next time they made one of the 3 sandwich’s wrong. Both time I called and complained and the person on the phone was sorry and offered to bring another one out with a free cookie. They need to have better quality control.
Jimmy John’s is a good change from the usual lunch at work but for 8 dollars for a sandwich and chips it is a bit much. So we do not do it often. And they are not much different than Subway. Just need to work on getting the orders made right the first time.

The food is good, but this location plays the music loudly so you can’t talk to anyone — including the cashier who couldn’t hear to take our order. Even the employees were screaming behind the deli counter because of the loud music. After several visits, I’m starting to think its deliberate. Similar to making a restaurant so cold everyone shuts up and eats ASAP & the restaurant turns more tables? There are a few outside tables, but you’re sitting in the parking lot, so don’t expect a great view.
Every time I eat here they tell me, with baffled faces, they don’t have nutritional information. But,
has it for those of us who need it. Dear JimmyJohns: Please keep a printed nutritional info chart in your restaurant. It is hard to read charts on my phone. You waste 15-​minutes trying to figure out how much insulin to give. Meanwhile, everyone with you has finished. It kinda takes the fun out of eating out.

#11 country club is always my go to. SUper fast delivery as always. I went in to order once, probably my mistake going during the lunch rush, I asked them to add cucumbers and hot peppers and no mayo on my sandwhich, and unfortunately they didn’t do any of my modifications.

I like Bacon! … and the JJ BLT was just right for lunch, office ordered, surprisingly fast.

This Jimmy Johns told us they could not deliver to us because were 2 blocks outside their «delivery area». When I questioned the associate on this policy, she said their goal is «to be able to deliver in 5 minutes». So by her reasoning, if it is 5 minutes and 30 seconds, they would rather not take the order at all. This is bad business, and makes me never want to eat at this location, even if for dine in.

If you are on a tight schedule, lunch here. They don’t mess around. Ham & cheese sandwich was ready even before I finished paying.
