We love this place. The food is phenomenal, and the owner is one of the nicest people we’ve ever met. We come here at least once per week, and never leave hungry. Takeout from Thai 2 Go is just what I need sometimes. Word to the wise: I got a Spicy Level 2, and it was a little too warm for my tastes. Great place.

There are a lot of options if you want Thai food in Oak Lawn, but I have found that Thai2Go has consistently good food and fast delivery. It has become my go-to when ordering Thai. I’ve been into the restaurant before but it’s pretty small so I wouldn’t recommend it for groups. It is clearly meant to be a delivery joint. I order online using the Eat24 app and my food is reliably at my door in about 20 minutes.(Shout out to the delivery guy.) I also like how the menu has several options on it that I haven’t seen at other local Thai restaurants. I think my favorite dish is the green curry fried rice, but I like so many of them that it’s hard to choose. I’ve tried something new on several occasions and have never been disappointed. Consider me a big fan of Thai2Go!

Very pleased with this Thai restaurant! I used to live within walking distance(what i saved in gas went right to the food costs) and ate there frequently. They are very speedy and have the food ready within 10 – 15 min tops. The pineapple fried rice and basil fried rice are my favorite. The basil noodle dish was also good– but be careful as the spiciness can shock you. Whenever they ask«on a scale of 1 – 4 how spicy» I always say 2, as its usually spicier than we expect. My fiancé loves the pad thai, as i’m sure a lot of people do. My biggest disappointment is how expensive it is for 2 people– even just taking it to go. Two dishes will easier run us at least $ 20. Granted, the food is very good… I like to keep the price point around $ 15 at most for fast food if possible.

Well I just tried to order food from her and the guy put me on hold for 10 minutes. Then I called back and he asked me to hold and again and I said No to which he replied that he needs me to keep holding. Haha this is how you do business? Never will I ever order from them again… they have forever lost my business and I will spread the word to everyone willing to listen that no one should go here or order from here. Terrible customer service and horrible business plan.

Taking iceberg lettuce, and spoiled chicken to new places. I ordered the vegetable spring rolls and Thai curry and was disappointed by the use of spoiled chicken in the curry and how the spring rolls might as well be iceberg rolls since they where 95% lettuce. Next time I’ll try a pad Thai and then I’ll think about adjusting my rating from there.

Had my first taste of Thai food yesterday from Thai 2 Go and loved it. Having never had Thai food before I’m not sure what it is supposed to taste like but if this is even remotely close, then I’m hooked. Actually, it may be even better than Chinese food. We had the fried dumplings, potato cakes, pineapple fried rice with chicken and the tamarind chicken. While the potato cakes may have been slightly greasy, they still were good with the sweet and sour sauce provided. The pineapple fried rice could have had more pineapple in it. Loved the tamarind chicken. We will definitely order from here again! 10÷21÷15 — Made a 2nd trip here today to pick up my order. Had the tamarind chicken and corn cakes. The tamarind chicken was 9.95. I was disappointed this time because for 9.95 I would expect quite a bit of chicken, however there was very little in my to go dish. Probably not even half of a normal boneless chicken breast. There was only about 3 or 4 of any size that you could actually taste the chicken and the rest were like tiny bits that were mostly crust. I also had the corn cakes but they didn’t provide any of the sauce to go with them. So, while what I had was decent, overall I was disappointed this trip for what I got for 19.32(tamarind chicken, corn cakes and a green tea). So, I’m going to reduce my rating down to 3 stars until I see some consistency in quality and quantity.

Great food. I cannot recommend the Pad Thai enough. The serving size is just right. I wish that the dish came with peanut sauce, but I ordered the sauce on the side for no extra charge. The Thai iced tea was delicious, and when it was delivered the ice had not melted. Great service, will order from again. Next time, I will try the summer rolls :).

I’m loving Thai 2 Go. A friend brought me here for lunch several weeks ago and I’ve been coming back almost every week since. The place is not that large, but bright and open. I’d recommend getting there a little head of the lunch crowd. Otherwise, by noon time, there’s a line to the door and they cook to order, so it can take up to 20 minutes to get your order. But if you have the time it’s worth the wait. They cook everything to order and using fresh ingredients and spices, so everything has really great flavors! The Green Curry is awesome! I generally order this with chicken which has been great. On the heat level, I usually go with a seven, spicy, but not overpowering for me. The Thai Fried Rice is another one of my favorites. I’ve had it with both chicken and beef. Definitely one of my favorite Fried Rice dishes from any restaurant I’ve visited. Once again, you can get the spicy level you prefer. The Basil Chili Noodles are remarkable. The fresh vegetables with the garlic chili sauce is heavenly. Awesome Thai where you get the spice level you’d prefer and fresh… I’m loving it.

My boyfriend and I ordered food from Thai 2 Go for the first time last night and we will never be eating there again. My boyfriend bit into a huge piece of plastic while taking a bite of his spring roll. We were absolutely disgusted. I called the restaurant and their remediation was to give us 15% off of our next order. After discussing further, they agreed to refund the approximate $ 5 for the spring rolls. I was very disappointed that this was our first experience with the restaurant as we were excited to have a new restaurant to add to our mix. Big fail.

Good Thai food in the medical district. Decent price for the quantity of food. Beware the specials it said chicken but it clearly was grounded turkey not what I was expecting. But it still was good and in traditional Thai fried egg is added to everything.

Okay. I’ve tried the Pad Thai everywhere and this is as good as it gets! The fried vegetable rolls were delicious. Can’t tell you about anything else on the menu, but I was totally satisfied and I’m a picky eater. The tofu was absolutely untofu-tastablelike! It had a great texture and the taste was really good, didnt have a problem eating it and wanting more. And, you know that sometimes tofu has the consistency of a rubber tire! Gets a thumbs up from me.

Let the«2 Go» guide your decision making process as you choose your dinner tonight. I eat here more than probably any other restaurant(and also more than I or anyone should). On the other hand, it is NOT one of the better Thai food places in Dallas. Now you may be asking, «Now Ryan, why do you consistently eat at a Thai restaurant you don’t even LIKE that much?» The thing is, if it’s close to you and you’re feeling in the mood, it’s close, quick, relatively cheap, and honestly plenty good to eat. It’s great for delivery or pick up, but there’s also a small clean area to dine in as well if you wanna take a load off and get your Pad on. The staff are also very friendly and accomodating, so yes all in all, although it won’t be where you go for the«best Thai in town», it can very easily meet your needs.

We ordered from this spot today at work. I’m not a huge fan of Thai food and this place was ok, nothing special. I ordered the sweet noodles with chicken and an order of spring rolls on the side. I found the noodles to be kind of gummy and as I was finishing my food, I was happy that I was finished eating it. It did leave me satisfied but not quite sure if I possibly ordered the wrong entrée or what. I’m not completely sold on this place. The delivery time is pretty good though. It took 30 minutes to get our food delivered during the lunch rush. Again, I’m not sold on this place, so I can’t recommend to future patrons. Peace!

The food at this restaurant is delicious, and I’ve never had anything here I didn’t like. The restaurant itself is very clean and new. I love their Thai bubble tea! However I am giving it 3 stars because, when ordering takeout, there’s a 50% chance the guy taking your order will mess it up somehow. Also, beware of the spiciness level. I once ordered a spiciness level of 2 out of 4 and it tasted like a 4.5. I usually love spicy food but I could hardly eat this.

Food is very good but overpriced!!! What stopped me from going there was the last To-Go order. Called in 2 meals. They said 30 minutes. I drove over there and had to wait another 40 minutes to get my food. DONE! We went to Thai Opal off Skillman and its on par with this place but a lot cheaper AND you get you’re food within 10 minutes!

Edit: After he read my review, the owner promptly apologized for my recent experience with bad service and took further steps to try to fix the situation. They’ve done a good job improving their customer service, and I haven’t had any problems since!

We order from here A LOT for work. Like, at least once a week, probably closer to twice a week. It’s usually for 3 – 8 people, so a fair amount of food, and we’ll get it delivered or convince someone to pick it up. There is no online ordering like at their other location in NE Dallas, so you have to call it in. With our larger orders, there is something inevitably wrong or missing, from no plasticware included to entirely wrong meals. But it tastes good and is consistent, so we keep going back! Just wish they had a lunch special to make the prices and portions a little more comparable to other area locations and for lunch! There are always leftovers.

I ordered the red curry with chicken; it took about 15 minutes to be prepared, but it was hot, fresh and delicious. The chicken was tender and the vegetables were a perfect al dente. The dining room is a bit small, seating for only about 32 people with one large table that seats about eight. They have two TVs with which I was able to catch the second half of France vs Nigeria(no spoilers). Anyway, the food is great and the price is right. I will definitely be back! P. S. if you ride Dart’s orange/green line the medical center station is within walking distance.
