Disgusting. Most of everything has been sitting there for forever. Tastes unreal. The hostess doesn’t even greet you at the door, so if it’s your first time, you won’t know how it works here. She gave us our table after we already had plates filled with food. Lol. the desert was sick as well.

My friends live in Dallas recommended this place. I glad I came. Reading all bad reviews about food poison make me wanted to try them all. So, I did, and nope, I didn’t crap myself the next day. I took pics of sections that I ate. They all delicious. Their soups are great specially the fish soup(if you like fish). I put BBQ, Siracha, & soy sauce in the fish soup, also added some green onions, diced jalapeño, cilantro, and few drops of lime to spice it up. It turned out to be the best soup I ever have at a Chinese buffet. Stuffed myself a full belly for only $ 8(Mon-Fri, all day). Will come again as much as possible for cheap price, good service, and good foods. My standards for Chinese Buffets are 1st is clean, 2nd is quality, & last is quantity. Clean is 3 stars. I am a clean freak, so most of the places I go are dirty to me. It is very hard to get my 5 stars on clean-ness. Quality/tastes of food is 5 stars. I have picky taste buds, but this place exceeded my expectations. Quantity/variety of food is 4 stars. With only $ 8, you can eat as much beef, chicken, fish, pork, claims, crawfish, shrimp, cakes, fruits, sushi, noodles, rices, pasta, soups, and salads as you can. Yup! This is my favorite buffet in Dallas so far.

Keep in mind, that’s 5 stars AMONGCHINESEBUFFETS. It’s not«fine dinning,» it’s a lot of food with a lot of variety at a reasonable price. I’ve been going to this place for lunch about once a month for over ten years. The place is consistently clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is fresh and flavorful. A few years back, I decided to do a tour of every Chinese buffet I could find between I35, I635 and I30. There are A LOT of Chinese buffets between 35, 635 and 30. Some were OK, some were positively depressing. None were able to top Super Jumbo Buffet on variety or general tastes. A highlight is their paper shrimp. Whole unpeeled shrimp(heads too), deep fried, with shells so thin you don’t have to peel them. Crispy, succulent, tasty. Eat em like candy.

I wish I could give a zeroooo!!! I guess I didn’t learn the first time. I went a second time food is tired and tasteless. the chairs and tables had a thick sticky film on it. the floors are nasty and the lighting is dark. The lady barged my lil brother over a cup of ice cream saying we need to pay extra. Food not even worth the price. We got home all of us are sick we called manager he told us he will call his insurance company before refunding our money. Wtf… Do ho not work the 24.00 go to Lins buffet on trinity mills that’s where I usually go but I was starving.

What can I say about this place, my waitress was so cool she was really nice! The food… and maybe I’m not being fair I am from Michigan the style of chinese food there is different than here I haven’t been able to get use to what they have here in Texas its awful to me! I keep searching for a place I can like, so far no luck. I will never go back here, the food was awful I ended up paying 9.70 for mostly fruit because the pineapples was really good! They kept food stocked up well the food was heated really well they have a microwave out for you something I’m not use to seeing in a place like this. The seating is uncomfortable it seems like they bunched in a bunch of tables and booths, I sat at a booth that they sat in a door way yes they placed it in a door way but no people were coming through it because of course i was sitting there. I saw all kind of foods, fried wing dings, buffalo wing dings, crawfish, 4 different soup but no Wonton soup my favorite. The food just didn’t taste good but I did enjoy the fruit bar maybe other location are better but this one isn’t that good. I did tip my waitress 3.00 because she was so nice to me.

Let’s knock this out first; Super Jumbo Buffet has an awesome name. Say it with me: Super Jumbo Buffet. Doesn’t that feel good? Did you smile? Of course you did. Here’s the brief version; Super Jumbo Buffet is a Chinese buffet therefore it is fast, a lot of food, tasty food and relatively cheap. Give it a try. If you’re a busy person stop reading and just go. In the category of Chinese buffets I give Super Jumbo Buffet 5 stars. It’s not an upscale steak house and it’s not a fast casual burger place. So I’m not comparing this to anything other than a Chinese buffet. Why compare apples and oranges(both available at Super Jumbo Buffet)? With that in mind, Super Jumbo Buffet satisfies those looking for a Chinese buffet. Super Jumbo Buffet has a great selection of seafood from stuffed crab to baked fish. Super Jumbo Buffet has the ol’ stand bys, broccoli beef, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken on a stick, soft serve, dumplings. I had the teriyaki chicken, the dumplings, jalapeño chicken, stuffed crab, egg drop soup, string beans and lo mein at Super Jumbo Buffet. All of which were great. I had lunch and an iced tea and it was around $ 10. Super Jumbo Buffet gave me a fortune cookie to boot. What a deal!!! Let’s tackle some issues that are posted about Super Jumbo Buffet Grease: Americanized Chinese food is mostly fried, Super Jumbo Buffet is no different. Therefore there is grease or better known as oil. Go across the street to souper salads if you don’t want oil. Food poisoning: You can get food poisoning at any restaurant. It mostly comes from eating undercooked meats, which would rarely happen here because Super Jumbo Buffet chops it small and fries everything. As a plus, I didn’t get it. Service: Super Jumbo Buffet is a self serve buffet… How can you honestly complain about the service? Are you going to give yourself 1 star for how you couldn’t walk to the buffet? Flavor: Once again, most everything is battered and fried with oil. Its a recipe to make everything taste good. Check out Super Jumbo Buffet. It is a good spot.

FOODPOISONING! STAYAWAY!!! Food is on the low end of expectations but worst of all it gave me serious food poisoning. No matter how bad a place might be with food quality or service, one should never get sick off it. A friend of mine said he had eaten here and found a rusty metal nail in his food. It’s like they are trying to kill you. Worst buffet ever!

Not sure how people are coming up with such bad reviews, but given that it’s a Chinese buffet, the value proposition is phenomenal! Great variety of offerings, and mostly pretty tasty. Again, it’s a Chinese buffet, so you have to consider that there will be a some kind of a hit/miss rate with everything, and I can say that about 90% of the food was good, and a much of that was really good. We’ve been to about 6 – 7 Chinese buffets now in DFW since moving here in the summer, and I’d say this one now might be our favorite. And for what it’s worth since yet again, it’s a Chinese buffet, but the service was pretty attentive here!

I don’t Usually do reviews but this place was horrible. I should have known better when the parking lot was empty on a Friday evening. The selection was limited. The food was cold. I got home broke out in hives and itched uncontrollably. BTW I don’t have food allergies. Not to mention the upset stomach. I pretty much picked over the good because it all just had a bad taste to it. They want you to pay first but they don’t keep fresh food out. It’s obvious that customer satisfaction is not on the top of their list. Granted I’ve eaten at some mediocre restaurants but I just couldn’t let this one slide. I almost can’t put it in words. All I know is that I left there unsatisfied feeling like I wasted my time and money. I will never go back to this place… Well unless it’s a famine. Otherwise pass them up! I wish I didn’t have to give them a star. They need a bug fat 0!

The sprite was filtered properly and the Chinese biscuits were good, not enough to be full… You can tell they use the same grease to fry evereeee thing!!! I’m wondering how the stuffed crab tasted like the chicken meatball and how the chicken meatball tasted like the seafood stuffed shrimp… Also the crab Rangoon was just Rangoon… Please help me out with this confusion… Food was basically unsatisfying!!! I will not be in attendance anymore…

Here I am, back again. It took me 3 months this time. You know, as I mentioned last time, this place is best enjoyed by not being gluttonous. I gave it three(3) stars last time because I wrote that review with the jaundiced eye of a stuffed and bloated carcass full o’chow… MY carcass! I was really not in a charitable way after such abuse. Well, today I loaded up my two plates with slightly smaller quantities of everything than I normally do. And that, dear anonymous reader, has made all the difference. No longer was I grudgingly shoving every last bit of the heap down my maw, just because it was there. This time, I took a more balanced and mature approach. Everything actually tasted better using this methodology. I formulated it a few hours ago when I first started hearing the call of the buffet. I had to ask myself in a calm and rational way, was I really wanting to come here because I enjoy it? Or is it simply the most convenient gullet-stuff to the train station? Well, my previous visits have always been overshadowed by the aforementioned guilt and discomfort of having gone too far, always coming out with a regret that actually obscures the memory of the food. I must say that with this new quantity-limiting parameter in place, I have actually decided to raise my previous rating to four(4) stars. I really do like this place, and it’s abundant chow. In fact, I am writing this final paragraph at the train station the next morning, and believe it or die, I’m actually hearing the call!!! One more thing… perhaps something really is different, as this time my fortune cookie says, «Never stop. One always stop [sic] as soon as something is about to happen.»

$ 10.99 for dinner buffet which offered standard selection of foods. Sushi was average, and they had the traditional Chinese buffet foods out. Bacon wrapped jalapeños, pizza and some awesome Alfredo with cheesy spinach. I give it a 6 out of 10

Ok, nevermind! Most of the good here just has a weird taste. And who am I to say? Maybe that just means it’s more authentic. One thing is for sure; if you hate almost all of the other Chinese buffets out there, then give this one a try. If you tend to think most others are at least decent, steer clear! Service was ok, though a little slow for a slow night.

The food is decent. The service is ok. I get that its a buffet which means its not going to be amazing, but still I think that it should be better. It seems to be fairly rundown. Won’t be going back.
