This location is the worst. It has gone downhill really fast. The store is not clean, produce and meat do not look fresh and most employees are rude and lazy. Had a cashier gnawing on a bag of Twizzlers and grunting while checking me out. Another cashier(if you call him that) just sits at the podium and gossips with other employees about customers. Most of the patrons who shop there are pretty questionable. With so many better choices to shop in this neighborhood, I will not return.

The worst of all the Kroger stores there are have never been in a Kroger that is open so nasty so dirty so horribly managed don’t even think about complaining no one will listen.

This Kroger is just fine. I don’t shop here often(in fact, as of writing this I’ve only visited once), but it was in the right place at the right time, and it was nice to find a familiar store in an unfamiliar part of Dallas. The employees were all very friendly, smiling as I passed, saying a cheery hello, asking if they could help me find things. The store itself is kind of… cavernous. The ceilings are too high for it, when you walk in your footsteps sort of echo. It feels like they may have had trouble filling up all that space. And I had to take those employees up on their offer to help me find things, because some stuff is not where you might expect it to be… the Greek yogurt is in a different spot from the regular yogurt(I mean, a different aisle!) and the«healthier» cereals in the health food aisle instead of with the breakfast food. Seemed a little counterintuitive. But I guess if I shopped here every day I would get the hang of it pretty fast. Anyway, grocery stores get a solid three stars from me if they’re a decent place to shop, and this one is.

I really really enjoy coming to this Kroger! It is always clean, the employees are friendly and I enjoy the nice variety of organic selection they have. Sure the store from the street may look a little run down and old but not in the inside. Their produce is good MOST of the time, the last the avocados were disgusting last time but hey every other time they have been great! This is the only Kroger in the area and I don’t mind at all coming here. Sure beats going to Walmart sometimes!

Clean, well lit and for not being a signature it has a wide variety of natural and organic products. Good overall service at the times when my wife and I shop(typically early Saturday or Sunday)

This is the closest Kroger to our house and we shop here only in an emergency and the reason being that out final bill for our purchases is more likely to be incorrect than correct. We drive a few miles to another location where we have always found the grocer items to be correctly scanned.

Within two miles of my apartment is a Tom Thumb, Target Super Center, Sprouts, Natural Grocers, and Krogers(Beltline and Coit Rds.). NONE of these stores even holds a candle to the service, merchandise, and quality of staff and customers at Krogers(Preston and Campbell Rds.) I drive the extra two miles to this location because it is worth it to me to feel valued. I highly recommend this particular location.
