I called on Friday morning to see about getting my clothes dry cleaned in time for a conference on Sunday. I was told that I could bring in my clothes before 8:45 on Saturday and they would be ready by end of day. I woke up early on Saturday to bring my clothes in and was then told that they don’t do weekend same day service. I explained the situations and they told me to leave my clothes so that they would find a way for them to be done in time. I left my clothes and called to confirm pick up at the end of the day. They had done nothing on my clothes and hadn’t even bothered to call me to tell me. No one ever offered anything to make it right either. This kind of misinformation is unacceptable, and they have lost my business for good.

Convenient location however terrible service. Dry cleaning was not ready on time and then was overcharged based on «additional charges for a down comforter». I dry cleaned my summer comforter aka featherless. I will not be going back

I’ve used these cleaners for two years and finally had enough recently. While they are convenient the quality is terrible. I had a new skirt I took them from Ann Taylor and they basically destroyed it, it came back with strings hanging off it, the two holes poked through it to hang it went through a satin band on it destroying it, and the skirt was shrunk during cleaning so much that the slip is now longer than the skirt. Most experiences before this were ok, never the best quality but atleast convenient. Lately the quality has gotten worse and worse.

Decent cleaners. Conveniently located in West Village (north side). There is a drive way out front with two parking spots for you to run in and drop off stuff. If these are taken there are a few spots in the back. They are decently friendly here. Normally one person at a time working the desk so if they aren’t available you may have to wait a bit. Ive had a few things cleaned here and they do a decent job. They’re priced decently for their services.
