Dr. Smith is wonderful! Answered all of my questions throughout my pregnancy and was great at labor and delivery! She is very easy to talk to and super friendly-​yet professional. Highly recommend

I have been on hold for 30 mins twice, they pick up the line and they drop it off. The reason why I am calling them is to cancel my appointment and tell them that I NO LONGER WISH TO BE A PATIENT OF DR. NEWMAN .
Imagine I called the office saying I did the test and came back positive –I am very excited but would like to come in for tests and see a doctor since this is my very first pregnancy, their response was «IF TEST IS SAYING YES THAN YOU ARE PREGNANT AND DR. NEWMAN DOES NOT WANT TO SEE YOU BEFORE DECEMBER 15TH –THERE IS NOTHING FOR HER TO SEE PRIOR TO THAT DATE «SO RUDE. Called another OB GYN who is a Diplomat of American Board of OB GYN and immediately they scheduled to see me, did urine test, blood work and sonogram to make sure baby is in the place where it is supposed to be –which I believe is the biggest reason you need to see a doc immediately after you test positive .
DISGRACE, Dr. Newman is rude, her staff is rude and wouldn’t trust them with my enemy let alone with my child.

I was referred to Dr. Smith by the Methodist Uptown Medical Group (Dr. Allamon). I had to wait an hour to see the doctor but when I finally got in Dr. Smith was extremely apologetic stating their computer system was down. I would have appreciated the office staff telling me that when I checked in so I had an idea of the wait time since I was on my lunch break (which is why I only rated a 4)
Dr. Smith was great, even though she was behind schedule she did not rush me out. She answered all of my questions and I appreciated her causal demeanor, she made me feel very comfortable. Though I have have had some scheduling conflicts, the nurses and the doctor have done their best to get me in when needed. I highly recommend Dr Smith, just don’t wait until the last minute to schedule an appointment.

The worst — poor front office: rude, act like you are wasting their time. No one ever calls you back or keeps tabs on your labs/​condition/​pregnancy. Doctors cannot wait to get you out of their rooms. Cattle call. Do not go here if you want to be more than a number.
