Please do not step into this store if you are used to any semblance of customer service. I entered this place looking for a dress for an occasion and was greeted by a very rude sales woman/​owner (not too sure) highlighting that you can only shop here if you are willing to spend $ 2000 or up for a cocktail dress. When I told her this was not my budget for this particular dress she in a very rude manner wanted me to leave the store and said «you can shop at Tootsies as they have cheaper stuff.»
I think it should not matter where one is spending $ 500 or 5000 on a dress it is about your customer service.
