Great inventory, horrific customer service.

I’ve always loved tootsies, but they have really turned over a new leaf– great parties, incredible sales assoc at staff and of coarse they fit my every clothing apparel need!

Tootsie’s is my go-​to store for my wardrobe. I never end up disappointed. Great location, selection and the staff are amazing!

I was walking around the store with a friend and one of the staff saw us browsing, she starting walking towards us and obviously we did not look classy enough for this store since her response was ‘oh’ and she proceeded to walk away. I’m glad I did not spend my money here and took my business (and commission) elsewhere.

I love Tootsies. I have been shopping there for over a year now and I have to say its my favorite store in Dallas. Tootsies has the trendiest clothes I have ever seen, one of a kind pieces, amazing fashion.

I’ve seen Tootsie’s many times, driving past on Preston but honestly, never felt a need to go in. Last night, I wandered in for an event hosted by Friends of the Park. The clothes were fantastic… all the high end brands, nicely displayed and sorted by designer. I like the openness of the lay-​out and the flow of the store. I didn’t care for the event or the staff… none of the staff welcomed me (the most I got was a tight smile from a male sales associate), the patrons were very cliquish, I wasn’t even offered a drink but then again, I didn’t see anyone being offered a drink. A few employees that were there, and a few were in a circle talking and when I went towards them, they moved to another area entirely (after starring my outfit up and down), which I found a bit awkward and rude. It was probably one of the most unwelcoming social events and stores I’ve ever been to. The only bright spot was the photographer they hired who was very friendly and welcoming.
So while I liked the clothes and shoes, the staff and unwelcoming feeling I felt will deter me from coming back or attending another event hosted there

The problem with this store is the staff. Why anyone working at a clothing store is snobby… I will never understand. I do not appreciate walking into a store and being stared down and never asked if I need help. In fact a courteous «hello» would be appropriate. But I only got the stare down. I will never step foot in this store again.

I love Tootsies because it’s mere blocks from my house. Instead of having to fight the mall crowds, I can find designer frocks and trendy designs at this great store. They always carry the latest «hot» designers and Pat is the BEST stylist ever who always helps me put together the perfect look.

How am I the first to review this place? Okay, so I’m torn. I love love love the inventory a la Tootsie’s. They always carry special pieces and, let’s face it, you don’t have to go to a mall to get the goods. Tootsie’s has a great selection and I love their shoes! However (and that’s a BIG however), the staff is rude. I realize they work in a high-​end boutique, they have upscale clientele, blah blah blah, but I have never seen a more overtly haughty staff in all my life. They look right at you, ignore you, or even give you «a look». Now, I’m not a super model and I don’t drive a Rangie, but I DO have money and I would LIKE to spend it there. I will still shop there, but some of these ladies need an attitude check.
