McDonald’s

I guess McDonald’s can give up the concept of being fast food. If I am the ONLY person in line, you make eye contact, and I am still waiting for close to ten minutes to ORDER you are pretty much telling me to check in somewhere else.
Good news… for me. I did. I hate to start my day off wrong so please find some staff who can smile, who acknowledge your customers, and who want to be in service jobs. You have a great location and oh yeah, my kids love it, but I have trouble waiting to order for fast food.

I have never seen a worse example of a McD than this place. Staff are sullen, unfriendly, unmotivated, slow and totally uncaring. I have visited them a few times over the last few months and it does not get any better.
Yesterday I walked in and stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. A lady finally took my order and disappeared. A lady customer came in after me and walked up to the counter. She got the same treatment. She looked at me and I shrugged and told her the same thing had happened to me. I indicated a woman in a different colored shirt behind the counter and told her that she was the one who had taken my order. A few minutes later that woman finally came up and took the order of the lady who came in behind me.
After several minutes of waiting and no one from McD even saying sorry for the delay, this woman said «screw this» and just left.
There are NO condiments or even napkins except behind the counter. I could go on and on but for me, I will not visit this place again. Exceptionally bad example of this chain!

I’ve stopped here several times due to the convenience of their location. Right next to a gas station and it’s a quick way to get protein with a $ 1 burger.
They have always gotten my order right here. A few times I went inside to use the restroom — they have a serious problem with crickets in there. I kept thinking one was going to jump into my pants while I was sitting on the throne in there. There is also always water on the floor when I go in there — like they’re in this perpetual state of cleaning but never finishing.
I’ve gotten a soft serve cone on occasion — every single time it’s a different size — but always the same price. I’ve seen the people in line ahead of me get one with this giant cone — and I think, «shoot, I’m gonna get one, too!» So I add that to my order, and mine will sometimes look like a Hershey’s Kiss in size comparison. That is fairly frustrating. They should be trained on how to properly dispense the ice cream and how to make a proper-​consistant size each time. I used to something similar when I worked at Jack in the Box — it’s not that hard to do right.
This is in a kinda shady neighborhood — so I wouldn’t want to leave my car to go in after nightfall.

Just go there for Happy meals for my daugther
