Fastest and most efficient service for any fast food. Surprised at how quickly I drive through this place regardless of my order. Employees are friendly and courteous every time.

here are the reasons why i gave them 1 star 1. the manager assaulted an employee 2. most of the employees don’t speak english 3. this mcdonalds is small and a hassle to go to 3. the drive thru line is so long it almost reached the outside of the parking lot 4. someone hit my car because the drive thru line was so long. my car and other cars were blocking cars from leaving their parking spot because the line was so long. the guy that hit my car didn’t cause damage but if he did i would sue mcdonalds. my mom is a lawyer and she’s all about justice.

Fast food places like McDonalds usually don’t need a rating. But McDongle’s is a franchised business, and this particular location is clearly poorly run. I didn’t believe the other reviews, but if you’re really in the mood to put horrible things in your body, this is not the place to do it. I’d recently heard about some new burgers they added(the jalapeño double stack/spicy chicken and buffalo ranch chicken) to their value menu. I visit McDougal’s maybe once a month, so I figured this might as well be my monthly trip. We ring up our order, and there’s some miscommunication. The screen reads $ 7.78, but the guy says $ 11 something. I get charged the latter. We ordered at least one of each of the new burger’s including the buffalo ranch spicy McChicken. It costs $ 1.19 off the menu, and so I’m charged accordingly. What I receive instead is a standard Spicy McChicken, ruining the entire point of the trip. And I’m still charged the extra $ 1.19. They almost even forgot the coffee that we ordered(and were definitely charged for). Had to remind them to make it(thankfully we remembered we ordered it). Next time I want to subtract a year from the end of my life, I’ll choose a different McDonald’s location. That, or maybe I can just choose a healther, happier option.

Its fast food what do you expect. The usual fanfare, but try the new Jalapeño McDouble. I don’t eat Mackers often, but when I do I go for the good stuff.

Nothing special here. This location charges extra for extra barbeque and other sauces

I hate writing a bad review on any fast food place because you get what you pay for– fast cheaply made food. However! I went through the drive thru tonight to order 2 drinks, a sweet tea and a coke. The guy at the window asks us twice what the drinks were again– thinking great at least we will get our order correct. Then as we pull away and get on Lemmon we realize we got a diet dr. Pepper instead of coke! Ewwwwww! So I looked up their phone number to try to address the manager on the shift. Would have been dandy again if they had ANSWEREDTHEIRPHONE! Extremely disappointed in the service. Come on guys get your stuff together!

Impatient counter people. They changed the menu board and it’s barely visible. I was in line and I couldn’t read it so u told the girl I needed to look at it and instead of waiting she decided to wait on the next person.

It’s McDonalds. Nothing different. 2 lines in drive through for expedited ordering. Still 1 line to pick up food. Bottle neck anyone? They forgot my straw and ketchup hence, A-OK

Not your average Micky D’s. They have a TV with cable, plush seats and booths, and the usual McDoubles and Spicy McChickens! I sometimes find myself stopping in for a quick bite and end up staying and studying for hours. The inside lobby closes at 11PM and the internet is free and fast!

i have lived in dallas just a little over a year now. I am not impressed with any of the fast food restaurants here. This location is no exception, i work late at night so at 1−3am there isnt much else to eat and it is near my house. Every time i go here i have a problem. you can forget getting a shake, sundae, mcflurry after about 1am. they are going to quickly tell you the machines are down. Now as of late you cant even get sweet tea either as they give you the same speech we are out for the night. Really? Each and every time i go to a fast food restaurant i always ask for my food to be prepared fresh. This never happens. They will let me sit in the drive thru window for 10 minutes and still hand me the same old food. It is pointless to contact the management because they do not care either. This explains the poor staff. Poor management equals poor staff. Half of the time i go to this location they will come across the speaker and tell you cash only. I rarely have cash on me. Finally they put far too much salt on the french fries. I wont even get started on the one sauce for a 10 piece nugget. I will say that the mcdonalds on gaston ave if you go there on the graveyard shift you will wait in the drive thru for your food but every single item will be cooked to order as it should be. Our society has gotten in such a hurry we have trained these establishments to think it is ok to give you bad food and service as long as they get you in and out quickly. i prefer to wait myself and get a quality product

I used to eat chicken Mcnuggets. I loved them with sweet and sour or hot mustard sauce. But then I went full granola and stopped eating fast food, processed foods, corn syrup, ground beef, et al and began eating more nutriously. This location is updated and comfortable with a landscaped patio and a full McCafe coffee menu. It makes you forget the perils of grade D beef. Free WiFi Advertising 350 calorie chicken sandwiches reminds me of the McDonalds menus up in Canada.

Ok, before this review starts, I would like to emphatically state that I don’t eat at McDonald’s. I can’t make any statement about the quality of the food, cuz I don’t eat it. The embargo’s been going strong for 5+ years. I’m not trying to be a hater — it just gives me bad childhood flashbacks of being carsick, stuck in the back of a cramped minivan for countless hours on numerous family vacations to places like Colonial Williamsburg. Or Branson, Missouri. A place that has very few redeeming qualities… but that’s not why I’m here. I’m here for the coffee. It all started a few months ago, when my boss walked into work with this Iced Mocha that just looked like a giant glass of happiness. It was positively glowing, in all of its caffeinated, whipped creamy glory. The news of its origin did nothing to deter me. I just couldn’t get it out of my head. The next thing I know, I am driving to work the following day, and my car just takes me to the drive-thru window and I am sucking down the tastiest mocha that completely puts Starbucks’ burnt-tasting swill to shame. Seriously, I have been back like every other week since I made this discovery, and I’m not ashamed to admit it. It is probably half a day’s worth of calories(I refuse to check), but it’s a steal at just under $ 3. 4 Stars for the coffee; still can’t comment on the food.

Have you had their chicken biscuit they serve in the morning? Or their new coffee? Both are surprisingly good. I might have to re-evaluate my views on McDonalds.

I know I know… someone giving 1 star to McDonalds. Crazy, right? I also know that my review won’t change people’s minds nor will it deter people from loving this place as they have since they were kids. Onto the review!!! First off, my BF and I wanted a frozen tasty treat and since we lived down the street from this location we decided to go get McFlurries… since it was late and the only thing open. I was thouroughly enjoying mine when I took my next spoonful and bit down on something sharp and smooth. When I spit it out it was a piece of glass, it cut my gums. Ew.(sorry about that). Anyhoooo, the next day I went to just let them know that they had broken glass someplace in their restaurant and im doing this out of courtesy. The assistant manager came out and not only did she did she speak very little English, she just told me to call their corporate office. I told her that was not necessary, I came here out of courtesy, just to let you know. She just nodded and passed me a piece of paper and pointed to it. So I wrote my cell phone on there. Move to 3 days later. I get a call from the insurance company that represent McD’s…I relay the story, she then proceeds to ask…(actual convo below)… McD: «Were you injured» Moi: «Not really, no big deal» McD: «Did you seek medical attention» Moi: «Um, no, it was no big deal. I just came back to the store to inform the place that there was broken glass somewhere and didn’t want anyone else to get hurt worse.» McD: «No injury, No claim» Moi: «What claim, I haven’t filed anything» McD: «At this time we have to deny your claim, since you did not seek medical attention» Moi: «Ok…did you not hear me? I didn’t file a claim. So what are you denying?» McD: «There is no glass in that store, so you must have put it in there. Have a nice day» Then she hung up! They can kiss my ass. About a week later I get a coupon for… YOUGUESSEDIT!!! A MCFLURRY!!! Needless to say, just because of this little episode, I have not eaten at McDonald’s in 3 years. I miss it, not gonna lie. But I was so angry at how the situation was handled, that I won’t satisfy them by giving them my $ 5. Petty yes, silly yes. Stomach mad at me for denying it nuggets, yes. But when I get angry… oh man! There I said my peace.
