Drive thru needs a third window. First one to pay. Second to get your order and Third to give it back for the mistakes.

Very simple you order your food and you want it correct. I’m guessing that they have an entitlement to keeping your orders incorrect. And when you call to report it they treat you as if you are bothering them. I do not understand what is so hard to keeping orders correct, when I worked at McDonald’s before… Grrr

after we finally got home from the drive through, we found that my boyfriend’s double quarter pounder with cheese was missing the bottom bun. I understand forgetting cheese or a patty, but how do you forget a bun? Not worth it to complain; the service is usually terrible.

LOL, sometimes I come here for pure entertainment. lol two lane drive through but it’s super slow ! workers seemed confused and chaotic and not sure what to do and it’s kinda funny but pathetic like get your shit together y’all lol the night crew especially; this has happened for numerous times now. breakfast food at night are cold… -.-

Has gotten better recently I still check my food every time I leave the drive thru but most of the time it is accurate. Several months ago it was rarely. Good job to the management for making necessary changes. Quality of the food has always been good.

Innovative building equipped with terrible customer service. After waiting in line to order my food, I arrived at the counter, and the cashier is just staring at me. No greeting, «hi, how are you?» Or even a «what would you like to eat?» Just a blank stare. After I finished ordering what I wanted to eat, the Hispanic gentleman behind me was immediately greeted by the same cashier with a smile and a «hello, how are you» in Spanish. The cashier was Hispanic as well.

Four times in the last month, McDonald’s has not given me back pennies from payment. Now it may seem ridiculous, but if I just buy something for a dollar, and they do not return my two cents, the price of the purchase just went up 2%. Not a lot on a Diet Coke, but 2,000 dollars on a hundred thousand dollar house. The first time I asked for my money back, the employee actually laughed in my face. Four times with me, how many other times for other people? Count your change people. Better yet, reject their lousy service, and rude employees, and find another place to purchase lunch. I am.

Having a two line drive thru is the slowest and confuses the works. Had to wait in line for more than twenty minutes.

Super fast drive thru! They have never got an order wrong and although their drive thru isn’t the nicest group of people in the world, I have a feeling the reason they are so short is because they want to stay fast, which is okay by me!

Thank you for having a clean restroom. This seems to be a newly remodeled store. The location was convenient and easy to get in and out. Clean. No complaints except for the employee smoking right at the front door.

OK, this particular McDonalds may be renovated, but when I went, the deep fryer was broken(AGAIN) as was the credit card machine. Manager of this store, when something like this happens, PLEASE put a sign on the entrance so I don’t waste my time waiting in line!

Nice! Totally renovated. Has CNN on TV. Looks like new staff & mgmt as well. Yipee!
