We own a business right down the street from them, first off they never have strawberry shortcake or fruit cake and it is there best seller, They always have 4 young RUDE girls working and if you have a question they all come in a defensive group and don’t speak English, they had 3 cakes and one said red velvet is best on new years, I took it home it was Horrible/​hard and Too sweet worst cake I ever tried was not worth $ 32 plus Tip, I thought they had the Dignity to return the cake but when I took it in I was very polite with them 4 girls come and all argued about how I took a slice out and they don’t return cakes and she said we can throw it away for you, There customer service is OUT The door, I can see this is a trend with them, they need to Hire people that speak English and are not little teeny boppers!

Got punished for coming to this place during business hours. Came after work around 9 pm (they close at 10) and the two girls working the counter were beyond rude… and barely spoke English. I got a couple slices of cake and a smoothie and they acted as if my request was the end of the world. She didn’t even mix the smoothie up correctly… I mean come on lady a few extra seconds of blending wouldn’t have killed you I promise. Each small slice was about 5 bucks so I would consider this an upscale bakery with the most terrible customer service. It baffles me how people like that have jobs when so many folks are desperate for work.

We stumbled upon this place after eating across the street at the Rocking Crab. What a find! Cakes, pastries, coffee and Bobo tea were great!

Even though their drink is not good and expensive, I do like their cakes. The chocolate mirror is my favorite one. It’s moist and it comes with rapsberry filling. Sooooo delicious!

I am lucky that I don’t live too far from either Mozart bakeries. When the other one in Carrollton run out of my fruit cake, I come here to buy one. I like Mozart for their fruit cake which is soft, not sweet, and creamy. The regular size is large enough to feed around 10 people with decent-​size slices. They have plenty of other breads, cake, and drinks. My family really likes the melon bread which the price isn’t too bad for it. I had their shaved ice here which was too sweet to my liking. Not really a fan of their macaroons either cause it is also too sweet. Overall, cute little bakery for some desserts.

Love everything in here the delicious individual slice of cake, coffee /​tea, sandwich, bread, shave ice, boba tea, ice cream yummmmm.. cute décor & seating are. This is a nice place to have some sweet & tea and have a girls talk with your group of friends

I love getting my sweet fixed from this bakery. Mozart Bakery never over done with their sweet. It’s always perfect sweet on all of its cakes. I’ve always get my regular breads from here too. Everything it’s very fresh. Mozart Bakery always makes everything fresh & clean. I’ve also had tried their home made tuna sandwich for lunch. It was very good too. I just wish Mozart bakery would have more salty bread with salty filling in it. In addition, Mozart bakery has very friendly & sweet staffs. They always greeted anyone that comes in to the bakery. Everyone is always smiling and try to help you to get what you need/​want. I will always come back to this place to get things to go or meeting my friends for coffee & cakes

I came here because I wanted to get some boba. First, I was disappointed because by the time I got there, they ran out of boba! I was very sad especially since I haven’t had boba in such a long time and I was really looking forward to having some. Second, I was really surprised and almost disappointed that when I ordered my boba drink (without my tapioca pearls), it came out as a smoothie. I’m used to my drink being liquid like tea so I just wish they had specified this to me when I was ordering. Lastly, it was quite expensive in my opinion, but then again, all the boba places in TX seem to be pretty expensive compared to those in CA.
Overall, I’m not that disappointed. The smoothie consistency didn’t taste bad. I’ll probably return one day, hopefully with tapioca pearls this time.

I’ve been trying almost every cronut version I’ve seen (that look good), and had to swing by Mozart Bakery when I was in the Dallas area for a work trip. They are located in a tiny little plaza, and were a little difficult to find. I came on a weekday night, and the bakery was pretty empty at that time. Luckily, they still had a good selection of baked goods available, along with a Cronut w/​Custard Filling (
). Sadly, it was greasy and not very good– the custard filling was at least ok tasting, but I didn’t like the really thick, almost goopy, consistency– Skip! I did take a look at the other baked goods, but nothing really looked that great. However, I live in the Bay Area, where we have a plethora of good Asian bakeries, so I have pretty high expectations. The parking can get tough since the lot is really small, but there was plenty of parking on the weekday night that I went.

I always get birthday cakes from this bakery. The cakes are never too sweet and is always moist. They serve many other pastries and drinks as well like you would see with most bakeries. I love their specialized cakes!
Definitely a must try/​buy if you’re in the area.

In Dallas, this may be the closest thing that you’ll get to a Tous Le Jour, Paris Baguette, or some Japanese bakery. The baked goods and cakes are decent but nothing outstanding. I can’t help but to compare the bakery items to what I eat in California…

This place is a little gem nestled in the businesses of Koreatown in Dallas. It has a great set up on the inside where you can purchase pastries to take home in the small bundle or you can purchase diligent desserts to enjoy there. Their desserts certainly hit the spot to satisfy your Korean taste. They can make all kinds of boba teas with or without the Boba. And they’re shaved ice cream is so delicious. Too bad I work so close to this place; my hips are evidence of a great dessert served here.

Their teas are sweet and it’s perfect for any weather. I like to come here when it is cold but do note that their prices are a little more pricey than most coffee shops. The tea that I would recommend is the peach green tea. It smells strong, light, sweet and is calming. Perfect for the winter and great for warming you up!
I like that all Mozart bakeries are clean and offer a variety of delicacies to help fulfill your palette. The macarons here are awesome. They are light and bite sized so it’s perfect!
Recommendation– green tea, pistachio, salted caramel.
To sum it up, be ready to be indulged by the perfect bakery.
My only complaint? $$$$ YIKES, I spend too much here!

We stopped in for a dessert craving after eating dinner down the road. This place is ok, clean and lots of room to sit and eat but not the best selection. It was interesting eating French pastries in an obviously Asian (I think Korean?) bakery. We weren’t wowed or anything but not totally disappointed either.
Location is in an interesting industrial type part of town. I counted at least 5 or 6 strip clubs on the way in from downtown. Maybe I’ll come back and tour the area once my wife leaves work.

I think they’re cheapening on the ingredients. I usually order ice mango green tea with boba. Now it taste very water down like they are giving less syrup pumps. And did the boba pearls change brands??? That was one of my favorite thing here was the boba!!! Now it’s consistently hard and rubbery. I thought it was a flake the last 2x but now I think they are brewing less boba or changed to a cheaper brand.
I still like their macarons and pastries though.

Too expensive for my taste, considering bubble tea is not really their thing. The items on the Bubble Tea/​Smoothie menu are ALL smoothies, so just be mindful. If you want a liquid drink with boba, just order from the regular tea menu and add boba. The 16oz milk tea I purchased was made from a powder base and costed me $ 4.86! At least the boba were fresh. The milk tea itself was just okay.
The baked goods looked fresh and delicious, but I didn’t try any this trip. If any of the items are new to you or you have questions, don’t expect a lot of help.
Other than that, the place is very aesthetically pleasing inside. With booth seating and a pretty lively atmosphere, I could see folks hanging out here. And, it’s not very loud which was good.

place is has a large selection of desserts with lots of seating. it’s good for groups. the only complaint is the older taller lady needs to learn customer service.

Mozart Bakery Is a French style bakery that specializes in numerous deserts, including assorted cakes, pastries, and coffees.
My Overall Rating — 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return)
Atmosphere — Mozart has a very warm and welcoming design. Upon entering you walk right into their baked goods, which leads to their dessert display. You order at the counter, pay for your desert/​coffee, and retire to a number of tables and/​or booths. It is very well decorated. 1 Star.
Service — The workers are very friendly. The only give away that the place is owned by Koreans is that all the staff are Korean. Service is fast and tables are always clean. No complains here. 1 Star.
Food — I come here for the dessert; however, not all are great. The cream puffs and macaroons are as good as any French bakery. But some of their cakes are a bit on the dry and thick side. Their mango mouse is really good most of the time, but there have been some inconsistencies. Also, their coffee is good, but not great. A place like this would excel if the coffee was world class. 1 Star.
Will I Return? — Yes! They have a good location, and we often order cakes and deserts from hem on special occasions. I wish they were more consistent, but this doesn’t stop me from coming back. 1 Star.

1 Star — Atmosphere — Is it a cool dive? Perhaps an upscale place? No matter the type, atmosphere plays a big part and I’ll give a star if I like it or thinks it has great charm.
1 Star — Service — You can have a great meal with bad service. But that’s also what can make a five star joint drop to four. It’s important to the dining experience that service is great and on point.
2 Stars — Food — I’ll award up to two stars for the food, since this is the main reason we dine out. Sometimes the extra star is given for value, but it’s really all about the food.
1 Star — Will I come back? — If I know for a fact I’ll return, I’ll give this a star. A place has to make an impression for me to return.

I like this location more than the one in Carrollton. They always have more pastries, breads, and macrons in stock. Workers are friendlier. I love the booths which have dividers to allow for privacy and there is always a place to sit.
It was at this location that I first tired their macaron’s. They had a large selection and I was afraid it might have meant the macaron’s were old, but I’m happy so say they weren’t. The macarons were good, texture was just right, and I love the variety of flavors. Some flavors they offer are raspberry, green tea, pistachio, and earl grey. I would rate the macarons alone 4 out of 5 being the best I’ve ever had, and that’s saying something because I’ve had a lot of bad experiences. For $ 1.50 each they satisfy my craving.
They also have korean shaved ice. They give plenty of fruits, but the ice isn’t as smooth as I like.

Décor was so nice, and people here are friendly. Pretty cheap stuff so grab a few stuff and try it out for yourselves. I personally did not care for this place much.
