Terrible terrible terrible!!! Ate there last night– immediate food poisoning for everyone in my group. One vomited an hour after eating and the rest of us have had pure water running out our bums for over 24 hours. Do NOT eat here… Unless you enjoy food poisoning.

These review people are ridiculous. Went in the other evening– AWESOME egg drop and very good broccoli chix. Nice service too. Gave 4 star bc a) that wasn’t jasmine tea but green tea, and b) it’s not your crazy authentic place– but who the hell expects that from a place like this. Star too bc they are open insane hours.

This Chinese food is cheap and delicious. Just what you are looking for with delivery Chinese. The delivery is always surprising fast, even during the weekends. I usually get the Sesame chicken which has small bits of fried chicken bites that are delicious. The soups are also delicious as well as the appetizers. This is my go to Chinese delivery food!

Let me first start off saying that we came here during the big Halloween Block Party, where thousands of people are running around and the businesses around are trying to keep up with people coming in and out. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a table, which was understandable, and there were giant signs at the entrance stating that groups of more than 8 people may be separated. Thankfully we were exactly 8. It also said that splitting checks would cost another $ 3 per check, which is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of. Food was fresher and tastier than typical Chinese food, but the alcoholic drinks were tiny and not very strong. Another rip off. Egg rolls and desserts came out way before the entrees, which was weird and not well coordinated. Bathroom I won’t even describe, it was disgusting and doesn’t flush. So when it came to splitting the check, the lady was so clueless she should’ve paid us $ 3 since we had to hand write our own items and split it for her. She came back to our table 5 times cause she was still confused and we had to spell things out for her. She tried to charge us an extra $ 4 for making a dish spicy, which no one ordered, and we joked that what, do they put red pepper flakes of gold on your food??? So again, this place will rip you off at any chance they get.

This is the worst food I have ever had the misfortune of over-paying for. I have never written a Unilocal review, but the God-awful food that I had the unpleasantness of putting in my mouth has forced me to create an account and warn the unsuspecting possible customers of the future. The service was terrible, and i don’t think crucifixion is too harsh of a penalty for the person that approves of the slop that comes out of this kitchen. I wouldn’t feed it to pigeons on the street. I would rather eat my own puke, as long as my puke wasn’t filled with the remnants of their food. Please do yourself a favor and do not eat here. EDIT: On the drive home no one in the car spoke to each other, and I didn’t bother turning any music on. we were all brooding in our own self-loathing for having experienced such a disastrous attempt at satisfying hunger. I awoke today knowing that my physical and mental health was affected by Mr. Panda’s. I questioned whether i should ever eat again. and i vowed to look up reviews on Unilocal before i went anywhere. If you want a life changing experience, then stop on by Mr. Panda’s.

No. Bless their hearts, as they say in Texas. Waiter was nice… Refilled my iced tea several times… But what was that shrimp toast? The mind boggles. Not in the shrimp toast ballpark. And while my Szechuan chicken and shrimp was plenty spicy, it lacked any other taste at all. But at least it was expensive! $ 32 with tax and tip. Ay yi yi! I wish them the best, but I think this is a restaurant that needs an exorcism.

This is the worst Chinese food ever! I ordered the almond chicken and I’m not sure that was even chicken in there… We also got a «orange chicken» but looks like general Tao or something. The broccoli that came with was so hard and old that no matter how much you chew it would not break down. Also had it delivered to us, when he brought it I gave him the total plus tip, then the man asked how much did I give him and I told him and he says maybe one more. At least if the food was with it I wouldn’t have complained but I felt bad bc he was an older man and gave him another dollar but when I opened that box I was pretty darn disappointed :(2 thumbs down For panda.

PLEASEBEWARE!!! FORYOURSAFETY!!! I am writing my FIRSTEVERREVIEW here! I actually signed up for a Unilocal account back in March 2015, 5 months ago. I intended to write a review but never followed through with it because at the time I was so stressed out about my experience with this place. Let me explain. It was a night in March 2015 when I placed an ordered. Payed with my credit card over the phone. When the DELIVERYMAN arrived at my home he advised me that he needed to get a copy of my credit card. I asked for what reason of course? He told me that he needed to make a copy of the card with his pen, demonstrating that he wanted to stencil across the numbers. I said absolutely not. I told him that I provided the number when I called in the order. I then confirmed that my card had indeed been approved. He began to raise his voice telling me that he had to get it! I said keep your food, you are not getting a copy of my card and attempted to hand him the package of food back. He begins getting louder, telling me that he has to make sure, per his boss, that the last four numbers match what is on the receipt. He mentioned something like how«people order food», but how later«say they did not» to dispute charges I guess. I eventually said that I would allow him to look at the last four digits of my card to verify they were indeed the last four digits on the receipt. He said okay. I went to quickly retrieve my card after placing the food down on the counter in my kitchen and returned to my front door. I had all the numbers covered with my thumb except the last four and placed it in front of him to see. He then began TUGGINGMYCREDITCARD trying to take it from me. I told him to stop and that he could not have my card. He then began to say«GIVEMETHEFOOD!» and pushed through my door! Now he is in my home! INMYHOME! I YELLEDFORHIMTOGETOUTOFMYHOUSEANDBEGANTRYINGTOPUSHHIMOUTOFMYHOUSEWITHTHEDOORIN-BETWEENUS. I am not believing what is happening at this point! THISDELIVERYMANIS A CRAZYMAN! I try to get him out and he will not leave and he is pushing me and holding onto my door while he is still standing in my house. I had my phone in my hand and redialed the restaurant. Immediately the guy on the other line begins to yell at me when I tell him that his delivery driver is in my house trying to get my card. So I hang up and call 911 all while I am still struggling with this man in my house. Once I am telling the dispatcher what is happening and I begin to give her a description of this man he almost instantaneously SNAPSOUTOFIT when he realizes I have 911 on the phone. He then seems to calm down a little bit and I remind him that I tried to show him the last four digits so he could verify but that was not good enough. And that he forced his way into my house and now«you need to get out». I told him«SIR, THISISAMERICA, YOUCANNOTFORCEYOURSELFINTOPEOPLESHOMES!» THATSILLEGAL! I was then finally able to push him all the way out and quickly locked the door. I still have the dispatcher on the phone and she hears all of this. He then begins to ring the doorbell over and over and over again and beats on my door. I retreat to the back of my home and he leaves just before the DPD officer arrives. Okay, so then I tell the officer what happened after apologizing for having to call 911, but I was scared to death because this man FORCEDHISWAYINTOMYHOUSEANDWASFIGHTINGWITHME. Still unbelievable to this day. The officer then attempts to call the restaurant. He gets the same screaming man on the phone that I got previously and he is screaming at the officer. THEYARETREATINGTHEPOLICEOFFICERTHISWAYTOO. So, now he sees what I have dealt with and advises me to never do business with these people again and to cancel my credit card immediately! He asked me if I wanted him to pursue this further, and I opted not to. He gives me an incident number and tells me that he will sit outside of my home for a while just in case this crazy man comes back. After this occurred in March I told several friends about this incident. It bothered me so much I lost sleep for several days. I have never felt so vulnerable in my own home. I then purchased a handgun to keep in my home because I was so frightened from this event. Needless to say, I have not ordered delivery from any restaurant since that day 5 months ago. SONOWLETMETELLYOUWHATHASPROMPTEDMETOFINALLYWRITETHISREVIEW! A friend of mine texted me a news link last night for a story that aired on WFAA-TV for a food delivery man that was beaten for«asking» to «see» the residents credit card. LOWANDBEHOLDITWASTHESAMECRAZYMAN! The story aired on August 15th2015. Please look it up. This delivery man probably got his tail beat because he tried the same thing with those 2 residents that he did with me but they were able to defend themselves! WARNING! BEWARE!!!

I called this morning to place an order for delivery. The gentleman who answered the phone placed me on hold for 2 mins(not a problem) when he returned & I asked about the menu he said check it out online. I then simply asked if he had curry again told me to go online. The man became angry with me & hung up. When I called back he was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Terrible food and they somehow delivered some chicken dish that was 80% boiled cabbage instead of lo mein. Most dishes are $ 12 and up, and for the quality this place is ridiculously overpriced. Very dry and bland rice. Dumplings were super thick, way too much breading. Delivery guy was friendly but the food was very underwhelming and overpriced.

It was my friend’s time to select a dining establishment, and sadly enough he is not a Unilocaler. If he were a Unilocaler, he would have chosen a better restaurant. After reading Unilocal,I decided to order a simple dish, because of the advice I got here. Chicken fried rice– no one can mess that up right? Not necessarily! The chicken was cold, there wasn’t much flavor, and the rice was dry. Why did this meal take 35 minutes to get ready? It wasn’t even busy that night. Do your self a favor– save yourself time and money go to your grocer’s freezer, and pick up Tei Pei brand fried rice! Otherwise, Chef House, two blocks away has many of the same items, all prepared fresh, made to order.

DONOTUSE A CREDITCARDWITHTHISRESTAURANT. THEYWILLFRAUDULENTLYOVERBILLYOURCREDITCARD. Ordered three dinners for $ 41 to be delivered. Signed credit receipt and paid driver a generous cash tip. Next day checked my credit card activity online and discovered that the restaurant had charge an additional $ 8.20. Called and spoke with Chen, a fake name probably, who then tried to use pigeon english on me, but immediately offered to credit my next purchase. As if I would ever order from them again. When I demanded the over charges be refunded then he said that he would have to investigate even though he was able to pull up my order right then and see it. This restaurant’s business practices are as crooked as the dog’s hind legs that they serve. Stay away from this place. Dine at your own risk. You will be sorry.

Service was quick and friendly. Ribs and crab rangoon was good. I had sesame chicken, and my wife had curry shrimp which both of our entrees were good. She just wished it had more shrimp.

Worst Chinesse joint I have ever visited. Looks good, good service but overcooked and tasteless food. Any chain does better than this.

This is my first time feeling driven to write a review on Unilocal.I ordered food pretty late into the night and paid over the phone. While waiting for the delivery, I accidentally fell asleep and ended up not answering for the food. While I know this was crappy on my end, they still had their food paid for and I live within 5 minutes of the restaurant. They are now making harassing phone calls saying«no good, no good» well into the next day. So I warn all of you not to interfere with their driver’s schedule because I assure you, they will NOT let it go.

Where can I even begin… After a red eye flight from Philadelphia my boyfriend and I decided to order take-out. We asked the front desk of our hotel if they knew of any places that were open and they gave us several menus, one including this piece of crap place! First, let me start by saying that if I could I would give this place no stars! Solely, based on the one conversation I had with the man that was trying to take my order. After several rings some man rudely picks up the phone and asks me «what do you want»(First sign that I should of hung up) then when I told him that I wanted to place an order for delivery and told him where I was staying(Hyatt Regency) he bluntly and repeatedly told me that there’s no hotel by that name in Dallas.(Second sign where I should of hung up) then after he decided that there is a Hyatt Regency in Dallas he again asks me rudely«what do you want»…and here is how our conversation played out… Me: May I have an order of chicken wings with white rice. Can you please add salt and pepper on the wings Him: No! We don’t have salt and pepper to go. Me: Can you add the salt and pepper to the wings there? Him: No! Me: Okay well can you add ketchup and hot sauce on the wings then? Then all of the sudden he rudely hangs up on me. So that was the end of our conversation. So…me being the person I am I decided to call back and ask for the manager. The manager then tells me that he probably put me on hold to take someones order that called before I did. Umm… NO…I think I know the differences between someone hanging up the phone as to someone putting me on hold. Someone putting me on hold would of said something along the lines of «please hold» right??? Not a loud bang in my ears in the middle of me placing an order… On that note I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone based on their poor customer service. With the poor customer service like that I don’t even want to try the food even if it was 5 star Chinese food quality… I’ll pass!!!
