So I decided to try there online ordering, it was slow at first. So on the dessert it said a that the tiramisu was a normal one no where it said it was a normal FROZEN kind. Could not eat it had freezer burn in it. Yuck. Pasta was good I created my own with spinach, bacon, garlic, and sausages. Pretty good. And garlic bread should of asked for more red sauce since they only give you a small 4oz of it. Overall pretty good and inexpensive. I would five it another go next time.

Food was good, but… I ordered a pizza, a large and a small salad for pickup. Got the order home, and there were two small salads. The pizza, which was tasty otherwise, had all the toppings bunched in the center. How hard can it be to distribute the toppings over the whole pie? I might try them again, but I’m going to check my order before leaving next time, and specify to distribute all my toppings over the entire pizza surface, which is something that should be understood, and not a special request.

I love going to the Pour House and ordering Family Pizza. Their toasted ravioli is delicious. And, their pizza is better than Cosmo. They make their own dough and sauce. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a coupon so we tried it. The cheese and toppings were good; I was surprised the pizza was thin crust. It was a nice change from the usual crust at the chain places. We’ll definitely return.

If you like thin crust pizza… This place will blow your mind! I sat next door at the Pour House patio(dogs welcomed) and drank my beer with the amazing pizza. What i liked most was the pizza sauce and cheese. Very rich paste and fresh cheese made the difference. Pour House had great service and you can also order he pizza from My Family Pizza and eat at the bar next door. I will be back!

I appreciate receiving a gift certificate to make up for a couple of past bad experiences. I am willing to give it another shot, as the first couple of times I tried their pizza, it was good… thank you for the customer service!

Bad experience, ordered there many times, but one experience made it where I will not order from them again.

Although I am on a strict(kind of some what sorta) diet, pizza is only a treat these days. If I’m going to have pizza, it will be a meathead from here. I love the chop salad(see, kinda healthy). But if I’m rewarding myself with the pizza, I have to have the cannoli. A great quality meal, reasonable price and it tastes great everytime, be it pick up or delivered!

Family Pizza is right around the corner from where I live, but I hadn’t been to visit until recently. Overall, the pizza experience ended up being a good one after a few bumps along the way. First, Family Pizza has a limited amount of seating so it’s primarily a delivery/take-out place. They are fast and efficient. The menu is also extensive. There are three main sizes of pizza and several pre-planned toppings that range from the typical meat lovers style to more adventurous combinations of vegetables and cheeses. They also have a gluten free crust, which might be of interest to some diners. Initially I ordered three pizzas but was told the store was out of gluten free crust. I revised my order to two large pizzas, both well-done with light cheese. I took my pizzas home and was disappointed to see that they were not light on cheese. I double-checked the receipt and it confirmed that the order was taken correctly. I called the restaurant back and they apologized and offered to remake the pizzas for free. The second batch was much better. Any place can make a mistake. In this case, Family Pizza did everything feasible to fix the issue. I would definitely return in the future.

This is our go-to pizza place for takeout and delivery! Their prices are great and regularly have coupons. We usually order 2 pizzas: pepperoni/red peppers and Hawaiian. All of their salads are worth trying and the cheese sticks are awesome. We’ve never had bad service and the delivery usually takes about 30 minutes. I recommend this place to everyone near Lakewood. I prefer My Family’s to Cane Rosso, Coal Vines and Campisi’s

I love this pizza place! When my hubby plays at Wine Therapist, I am always excited to order from My Family’s. Not only will they will deliver to you next door, it’s a great deal. The pizza options can please any group & for a great price. Next time you’re looking for some tasty pizza & a great local business, treat yo’self to My Family’s.

I’m admittedly a pizza snob. I’m from Chicago so I avoid eating chain pizza at all costs. This is a great little local pizza place! More NY style than Chicago(although I’m not a NY pizza expert). Great variety of toppings. Tastes fresh, not like the cardboard served by the chain places. Before this place I would only order from Piggy Pies on Lover’s Lane but this has earn a spot in my pizza rotation. :-) Note: This is a delivery and take out sort of place only. There is no seating to eat there.

Great neighborhood pizza joint. Very friendly staff, quick delivery and most importantly, delicious pizza. It’s not your normal bready pizza — it has a super thin crust which really lets the pizza toppings shine and not get lost in a bunch of dough. You can eat there or if you want an adult beverage with your pie, they’ll bring it next door to you at the Pour House.

I am going to preface this with the fact that I am a pizza snob. And by snob I mean I don’t think dominos etc should be considered pizza and the only pizza I really like is Neapolitan. To me, the crust seemed pre-made and there was way too much cheese. Now, did I eat it and like the taste of crispy bread and ewwy gooey melted cheese — yes. So for ordering in purposes, and easy, lazy week night meals, this place was great. But I would not say they make the best pizza in Lakewood.

Pizza itself: 5 stars– excellent Service: 1 star– piss poor Net Rating: a kind 4, could have easily been a 3 if I was not in a happy place mood Jamie and I went here for a ‘za, first swing, given recent Unilocaler reviews. It is not a great space to eat in, and the prominent signage encouraged dining at the Pour House next door. «Will you bring it to us, or would you prefer to call us when it’s done?» «We’ll bring it to you» «You sure?» «Yes no problem»” «Great» So, we went next door, ordered a couple o cold ones, and waited. And waited. And waited. 28 minutes later Jamie walked back next door to inquire about the whereabouts of our pie. A girl at the counter went back, and reported that our pie was nowhere to be found. Jamie ask the 50ish year old dude behind the counter if he could help, and he went back and found our pie in the secret hiding place, right next to where missing dryer socks go, between ovens or some such foolishness. Jamie brought the pie back over, and it was just warm enough to eat with some basal level of satisfaction. And there were no jalapenos, as ordered. And there was a sparse smattering of anchovies, though we ordered extra. They did get the no ground beef part right, oh so impressive. The manager of the Pour House, upon our return, asked us how we were doing. We told him our story, and he owned My Family Pizza’s issue, and he went next door to investigate. His findings were the same as ours, and he apologized and gave us our first round on the(Pour) House, in a move of great service grace, earning a 5 star review for the Pour House for this visit. If you go to My Family’s Pizza, based on our experience, eat there or do take out. If you drink in the Pour House while waiting for your Family Pizza to be delivered, then they may lose your pie where missing dryer socks go, too– pursue this strategy at your own risk, forewarned by yours truly.

First off, the product is awesome. This and GAPCO are my two favorite pizza places in Dallas. But just recently tonight, the management at this location showed that their customers satisfaction is #1 priority. I was watching a movie, not even thinking that it had been 45 – 50 minutes since I ordered my pizza and got a phone call from the manager of My Family Pizza apologizing for the delay. He told me they were remaking my pizza and comping it. Note, I never complained. They were still in the 45 – 50 minute window and took initiative to call ME to praise the issue and comp my meal. I was a fan of your product before, but now I will be a customer for life. That is customer service!

This pizza was very good. We ordered the Caligula pizza and meat pizza. Both were very good. The crush was thin but crispy. The cheese was plentiful and the meat was uniquely seasoned. Overall I would definitely go back again. Although it may not be to everyone’s liking I highly recommend you try this place at least once. Support small businesses. Check it out.

My Family’s Pizza is our new delivery favorite. The crust is thin and crisp, the sauce is flavorful, it’s smothered in cheese, and bursting with flavor. This pizza borders on overly salty and greasy, but that’s also what makes it so good. It’s even better reheated in the toaster oven the next day. I recommend the cheese or pepperoni. We ordered sausage once, and it was a little strange. The sausage was crumbly so they put the cheese on top so it was like a cheese pizza stuffed with tons of sausage. I don’t know why, but I prefer to see my sausage. We sometimes get a caesar salad with it, and the dressing is pretty good. They are generous with the croutons. If you’re going to have pizza, you may as well go all in with your grease and cheese. At least it’s lower carb due to the thin crust.

Finally a place that is close to me that makes a great thin crust pizza. I enjoyed the Chicken Alfredo pizza(w/o mushrooms) and the fried cheese sticks. The order came out quickly and more importantly the staff was able to give their recommendations. I definitely will be back in the future. If you like thin crust pizza or are from St. Louis where thin crust is the only way, then check this place out.

The pizza here is delicious! The crust was crispy and the sauce was very good. I also got to meet the owner while we were there and he was very nice! Try it out! They only have a few tables inside but you can eat it next door at the Pour House where they serve it as well or you can get it for carry out or delivery.
