Failed miserable and could not deliver writhing two hours for a pickup order. PJs could care less, as do I. Get rid of my Groupon gift certificate and free pizzas and be done.

This was a very disappointing pizza: the sauce was barely there and bland, the crust was flat, and the one pizza with pepperoni tasted like the meat had started to go bad. It was like a frozen pizza from the supermarket. Skip it.

30 – 40 minute pizza delivery time, I called after 50 minutes, said it was on the way, showed up after an hour, cold pizza

These guys are awesome. They’re good at getting my orders at my house on time and most of the drivers are good people. Whenever there is an issue they correct the problem as soon as possible. No complaints

Can’t say enough good things about the guys at the Gaston Ave. Papa John’s location. Every time I order delivery, the pizza arrives within 30 minutes, piping hot and always correct. Pick up is the same experience. These guys do a great job. Good customer service on the phone and very conscientious delivery drivers. Keep up the good work. Anyone wanting a fancy-pants, gourmet pizza needs to head a little further down the road to a place that translates to The Red Dog. Also good, just different. Don’t try and compare the two.

P. Johns is great at other locations, but this store is not good. First time I ordered it was a little off, but the 2nd time it was disgusting. I have no idea what they did to make a pizza taste and smell that bad.

WORST pizza experience I’ve ever experienced! It took over TWO hours to get there and when the guy got there he couldn’t figure out how to get up even though I’d clearly stated simple directions. Then when he figured it out he was extremely rude and«mad» at us like it was our fault. l Overall the pizza was cold, wrong toppings and the desert was burnt. I love papa johns but this pizza was not the usual, good Papa johns I’m use to. Corporate needs to do something about this location. Ridiculous! I will not support this location ever again.

Quite possibly the worst pizza in existence. Hard to believe this, but a frozen«heat in the oven» is better. How they are in business is beyond me.

Ordered a pizza for lunch today, and received a call an hour and a half later from someone in the high rise next door — which is where the delivery driver left my pizza. I never actually got to see the pizza, but the folks who called to tell me they found it said it didn’t look too good. That’s the last time I order from Papa Johns… and the last time I put an advance tip on my credit card for the delivery driver.

I’m still pretty pissed off over my Roma’s situation, so I won’t be ordering from them for a while, even though I think I love their pizza the best out of the downtown places. When it’s cold outside it’s hard for me to want to get out of the house. And Papa John’s commercials are always on TV and get me craving pizza, especially when there is a lap top in my lap. It’s so fun to order your pizza online, although I spent way too much time adding and subtracting toppings only to end up with a pepperoni pizza anyway. They charge a $ 2 delivery fee, and you can add your tip online, and I kind of regret not leaving a bigger tip, but dude…$ 2 delivery fee. The pizza driver showed up and he wasn’t friendly. Oops. The pizza was okay. It was sort of cold, though, and the little cup of garlic butter was almost solid so I had to heat it up. Overall the pizza was way smaller, and not as good as other places around me, and it cost me the same price as the other places. No thanks.
