Love this place! It’s creative and well curated, stocked with fabulously friendly, helpful people. Their selection is eclectic and exciting, the kind of place that has a lot of things you never knew you totally need to own. Nest will erase all the doldrums of shopping for your home.

Went to Nest often when it was in Snider Plaza. Bought some pieces I still love. Much has changed since their move to McKinney and it just seems too big for them. I have been to new location a few times and left empty-handed, nothing got me excited. Hate the layout, like being in a Pier One.

I had the best shopping experience in the Nest I have ever had. Not only do you have unusual items that no one else has, but I enjoyed meeting and being helped by Donald Fowler more than any sales associate before in any store. He engaged me and we found we know several people in common. I am a middle aged woman and my husband is in retail and I just hope his clients/customers, leave feeling as welcome in his store, as I did in The Nest. I am a buyer for an interior design business and was upfront in telling him and he could not have been more welcoming and I purchased several items. As to the previous comment on how over-priced things are. Seriously, no one is ripping that debit or credit card out of your hand and forcing you to buy anything. I suggest you do not go in there then… Thank you Donald for the cup of coffee too. Such a kind thing to do. Vickie M.

I have to admit that this store carries a lot of neat things you don’t normally see anywhere else ranging from leather goods to fancy things for your home. There are two ways you can look at the prices: 1) it’s outrageously overpriced stuff that you can get for much cheaper online or 2) you’re paying for quality and you know its okay to be bougie sometimes. However you feel about that, there is no denying that one could get lost in this store for far too long looking at everything. The sales associates like to follow you around eagerly and readjust everything you’ve put your hands on which makes you feel like a child, but hey, it’s their job.

Love Nest! Leigh & Donald have always been great to us & as far as the no pictures rule goes I’ve shopped in there for awhile and I’ve learned if you are polite and ask versus just snapping away they are very nice about it. We have gotten some amazing things in there & we love to go in when we need a little something to finish off a space. Next up are some neon letters. By far one of my favorite boutiques!

My boss asked me to buy a great chair for his kids. He was very vague about the designer and style so to insure that I purchased the correct chair I wanted to photograph the chair. With iphone in hand i was told that no photographs in the store. So I explained to the clerk and he said he could email me a pic of the item. This is such a bad policy and inconvenient. My boss and I will never shop here again.

Nice selection of stuff, beautiful goods, but very expensive. They have a really unique take on things and this is definitely a place to go for a quick gift that you can’t find anywhere else. The service is good. It’s a little obnoxious to get to and park.

As cool as any store can get! I have to admit, I become a weak, weak person when I step into any home décor store. I immediately break out into a sweat, my knees buckle, my hands shake and I forget that I am a poor 20-something year old that can’t afford a $ 200 Jonathan Adler vase. But these stores always seem to have a way to make me feel as if I am an heir to billionaire Greek shipping tycoon. As I perused the beautiful, raw inspired space, I was overwhelmed with how delicately they placed every item. This store has oodles of home décor, jewelry and furniture hailing from the best designers, but the design in which they have laid it out creates an illusion that it is not as overcrowded with ‘stuff’ as it seems, thus playing a mind trick on you: you instantly think, «oh if they can fit all these beautiful pieces in here and make it look good, why can’t I?» Those effers. Not only is the space clean, structured and beautiful but what inhabits it as well. Every item they carry has some sort of meaning to it as if they carefully research each product they display. Their styles also represent a wide variety of styles. From the clean and quirky Jonathan Adler to the Michael Aram the nature-inspired, hand crafted designs. Maybe I will start roosting a ‘nest’ of money to spend here some day.
