Horrible… disgusting… I do not know why I gave this place another chance. Last time they gave me rotten vegetables, this time I stay away from the mixed vegetables and I get Kung po chicken with almost no chicken and Orange chicken that is overcooked and hard! I AM DONE, THIS PLACE SUCKS!

Came here on a Sunday and noticed that the sign on the front door said the Drive-​thru opened at 9:30am and the lobby opens at 10:30am. Well, after being at the drive thru for a couple of minutes we left and came back at 10:31am. We pulled up and were told that they didn’t have chow mien or refried rice ready along with most of the toppings, so we left and went to the Arlington location which actually had all their food ready. I guess no manager opens on a Sunday to make sure their employees are working efficiently. I’ve worked in retail and fast food and my managers would have found that to be unacceptable.

I would prefer McDonalds over this place even though McDonalds had that very slow service but they had good warm food. Not like this place that serves cold food and bad service. Its the worst combination ever.

My meal at Panda Express was everything I would have expected from a fast food chain: easy to access and uneventful. The Beijing beef and Orange chicken were both on the bland side but not terrible. The noodles has some nice wok-​inspired flavor but both types off roll (chicken egg and spring) were awful. The filling was mushy and flavorless. Given the calorie count associated with these dishes (according to the company website), I’m not convinced that the meal was worth the price or my attention. If I go back, I’ll stick to the veggie options.

I’ve probably spent more at this place than my parents spent on me growing up. It’s a chain so you get it: if you like Panda Express, great, if not, go to Taco Cabana. The service was good and efficient and the staff was friendly.
Lately, however, they’ve been setting their own hours for dining in and it’s extremely frustrating. One time, they closed because it was raining. Once, they had a sign that said they’d closed at 4:00pm with zero explanation. I’ve tried coming at 8:30, 9:00 and 9:30 and they’ve been closed. Nothing more embarrassing than walking up and pulling on a locked door. People inside, watching as you dejectedly return to your vehicle, sad and hungry. I think I’ll stay away for a while until they figure out when they actually feel like working.

Went today, for a patient person like me I was only able to make it to 17 minutes of waiting in the drive thru before driving off. I didn’t even place my order, that’s how slow it was. Not so great for the people who are on breaks or have important stuff to do.

good place for a food run. Food is real good. But the staff is annoying as hell. Can’t really speak English can be frustrating at time.
I really give this place at 4 stars for the good food. But it gets a 3 for the staff.
