My first visit provided a bland entrée that looked Asian but did not taste very authentic at all. Out of ease of location I returned today and the quality was about the same. The egg roll was a grease ball — literally filled with the oil it was cooked in. The food runner took it back to the kitchen by removing it from the plate and carrying it back to the kitchen. A new one was brought out but the texture and flavor were not good. The
lo-​mein was weak, and also a little oily. I think this version of fast Asian food is simply not for me!

Hate to say it, but this location has officially been going Down Hill for about a year. I usually order food to go and had another bad experience recently. As it’s been a common thing lately, the person taking my phone order was kinda rude and I had to repeat my TWO entrée order three times. Once I arrived to pick up my order the staff was way more concerned with their shifts being over as apposed to taking care of their last few guest/​customers. Not to our surprise, our food was over cooked and thrown together. Food quality has been way down the last few times I have been here. Pro tip, do not order food here within a Hour of their closing time as quality will be subpar.
Hope they can turn this place around. It’s near my work and home and I like would to continue to dine here, but not sure I will be at this point. Up to them!

Why do I come here? Food is mediocre, service is slow. The hunger broccoli was ok, the beef was rubbery and chewy. The Thai lettuce wraps were drowning in a sugary sweet sauce.
Seems safe for mommies with kiddos for sure though.

I love this location of Pei Wei. I typically get the sweet and sour chicken, lettuce wraps or pad Thai. Everything is cooked fresh and tastes amazing. I order to go most of the time and they typically offer a free drink while I wait, love that! It’s always done fast even if they’re busy… No more than a 10 minute wait. :)

I eat here once a week and always ask myself why I do. It’s very ok. The portion size on the original is enough for 2 meals but my wife tells me it’s bland. I guess it’s a matter of convenience plus they do serve wine while I wait :) Wierd thing is I will probably keep eating here. Hmmmmmmm

I always order online or call in an order. I don’t know that I’ve ever actually sat and eaten at this restaurant. This last time I placed an order and it was ready within 20 minutes. The people that work here have always need so friendly. I love that their menu now has healthy steamed items as well as gluten free items! I’m able to pick things off the menu without having to make special requests.
There’s a few parking spots out front but they fill up fast due to the stores around. There is parking in the lot next door and on the street if needed.

We got lucky and came in while we were the only ones in the restaurant — but our food was still insanely fast. I tried the new crunchy teriaky sushi and it was amazing! Huge flavor, I would highly recommend this if you like sushi (surprising for here, right!). I hardly come to Pei Wei and frankly I have no idea why. 8 pieces of *GOOD*sushi for $ 5.99? SOLD

Pei Wei is so good it’s ridiculous. I woke up around 3am this morning CRAVING some.
I came here last week and got the Thai Dynamite with chicken and fried rice. It’s the perfect dish and my most favorite. :)
This location has limited parking so be prepared to slightly walk, but the inside is spacious enough to accommodate guests without a wait. Their ordering systems also allows a fast and efficient dining experience.
I literally popped in and out in 25 minutes. Yummy

I’ve visited quite a few of these Pei Wei spots but this one is top tier. The customer service staff are all really nice and professional — very up beat and happy too.
And the food is really good. I know they work from a script but when you compare the customer service at this spot, can’t beat the overall package.
