Simply the best! The attention to detail, the owner, the staff are the major reasons I continue to give them 100% of my spend in this category. Amin and his team are constantly asking what they can do to improve service. They don’t lose items. They email you when your order is ready. They replace all buttons that are missing. They care for our clothes, rugs, wedding dresses… you name it, they do it with pride and care! Try them. They won’t disappoint!

I believe that the folks of Pepper Square are dedicated to delivering the excellent service at very reasonable and competitive prices. I got to know the owner of this place personally, Mr. Amin. He is a very pleasant person to visit with and he values his customers and works hard to make every single one of them happy. I was particularly impressed by his quality control steps to ensure a great product. His staff is also well trained and truthful to the message your hear on the phone about customer satisfaction is guaranteed 100%.

I’ve been coming to Pepper Square for the last 3 + years. Fantastic service, always greeted with a smile. More importantly I’ve always received my garments on time and dry cleaned in great condition. If you’re looking for a place where you don’t have to worry about your clothes I recommend checking out Pepper Square.

My family and I have been long-time customers of Pepper Square cleaners and not once have we been disappointed with their service. The employees and the manager(he is the owner too I believe) are both friendly and helpful. We have taken countless dress shirts and suits and dresses to them and they have always come back immaculate. It is not that expensive either. I had 3 dress shirts done for $ 8. ~Carpe Diem~

I have always been happy with the service and services. They have been using them for over 15 years and never had an issue. They are not the cheapest dry cleaner in the area… but you get what you pay for. Eugene M. Plano 4−15−14

They did a good job and I don’t have s complaint about service but it was quite expensive. I spent about $ 115 on a load of clothes that would normally be about $ 80. With the frequency I use the dry cleaner I’ll be going with someone cheaper.

I brought my wedding gown here after searching for good reviews on Unilocal and several other sites. I had a bad experience at another reputable cleaners who lost a ton of beading off my dress after I took it in to clean after my bridal portraits. I was really hesitant to bring it to Pepper Square but I found a glowing review from another customer who had her dress cleaned. I brought my dress and the man working was pretty pleasant and looked at my dress and told me how much it would cost, which was reasonable. I was told I could pick it up in a week, which was great because apparently the waiting period at several other cleaners were almost 2 – 3 months long. I even got a letter in the mail at my house thanking me for choosing Pepper Square which was a nice touch. The pickup date rolls around, and I called to make sure my dress was ready. It was, excellent… I went during lunch… and that is where the good ends. I open the bag(still at the cleaners) to inspect my dress. It looks really clean; there was a lot of dirt caked in from walking around outside in it. And then I notice a button missing from the back. A button I knew was there when I took it in because both my mom and I did a thorough inspection to make sure there wasn’t anything loose(hello! bad experience from the first cleaners who almost ruined my dress!). My dress is a designer dress and the beading and buttons are REALLY hard to find. I can’t just go to JoAnns and find a replacement. I point this out to the workers and he had the nerve to tell me it was like that when I brought it in. NOITWASNOTSIR. You stood there and inspected the dress yourself when I brought it in. Pretty much calling me a liar. And then he asked me if I had a replacement. WHY would I have a replacement!!! I am visibly upset, but continue to inspect the dress. There are SNAGS in the satin EVERYWHERE. Granted, there were snags on the hem on stuff from before, but not in the bodice and chest area. It looks pretty much RUINED. I don’t even bother saying anything because if they took that approach about the button, what are they going to say about the rest of the dress? I am SO upset. DONOTBRINGYOUREXPENSIVEITEMSTHERE. So much for the guarantee on customer service.

My boyfriend’s been using Pepper Square since he moved to Dallas 2 years ago and the service has ALWAYS been great. I started dropping my dry cleaning off here when I moved a few months ago. There have only been 1 or 2 instances when we’ve gotten our dry cleaning back not to our liking — the shirts had been laundered with a bit more starch than normal(making it really stiff) but after mentioning it the next time I went in, it never happened again. It’s only a bit more expensive than an average cleaners, but it’s definitely worth it. They replace buttons if you’re missing any and always check your pockets for items in your pockets and return them in a bag when you come for pick-up. And whenever I’m picking up a semi-large load of dry cleaning, they always walk it the 10 feet to my car. To top it off, my boyfriend’s brother-in-law was able to get 25% off dry cleaning tacked onto our accounts(forever)! Pepper Square definitely cares about their customers and makes it a business you will remain loyal to.
