Pinkberry

My most favorite fro-​yo place. All the flavors are great. My personal favorite is the pomegranate yogurt with roasted almond and shortbread toppings. Everything is great about this place. Yogurt is fresh, not too sweet, thick, rich and tastes great.

With other frozen yogurt places you don’t know what you are going to get. The yogurt could be runny, toppings not fresh, and selection slim.
Not at Pinkberry! Everything is great and consistent. Place is clean. The yogurt is very good. You can’t self serve the toppings, but they always make it so nice and neat…

Can’t go wrong with Pinkberry. Gotta have that fro-​yo!

We decided to skip dinner yesterday and get frozen yogurt instead. It had been a while since I last had froyo and I loved it! I got a small vanilla yogurt with mango, boba and blackberry toppings. The husband got a big serving of the same with a few extra toppings. We both loved it. The yogurt was perfect… not too sweet, though I wish they’d put more toppings! The crowd grew as we sat there with our food. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Check out the restaurant floor… it looks exactly like a paved street!

I really enjoyed the yogurt and the toppings but I wish that I. This location one itself can serve the toppings. but other than that I really liked it. (:

Loved it and will come back with my family many more times here in the future. The staff were very friendly and helpful in our choices and we loved that as well.

I LOVE pinkberry but I HATE this location. My 2 stars are solely for the very rude service I get every single time I come to this location. I’m a huge fan of this place and have been to all of the locations in DFW and this is my least favorite and unfortunately the closest to where I live. Everytime I walk into a pinkberry the workers are happy and upbeat and are ready to serve some good yogurt ! Everytime I walk into this location I’m greeted with a roll of the eyes as if I am bothering the people that work there. They’ll start cleaning up half an hour before closing and will kick you off the patio chairs even if it isn’t closing time. Talk about a mood killer. Looks like I’ll be making the drive somewhere else because I’m getting tired of that attitude.

They don’t honor the 10% discount on here at this location. You may want to remove it

I love frozen yogurt and in my opinion hands down this is the best place for froyo! The service was great the girls were so nice and friendly! I can’t wait to come back and try different flavors and toppings! Yum

Limited selections but the original yogurt was good.

Pinkberry seems too good to be true, but I hope it’s not. Check out the nutrition on their delicious yogurts! Low fat, low calories, probiotics, and suitable for special diets. It tastes amazing! Not better than ice cream, but I would say it’s equally good since it is healthier. You definitely won’t miss ice cream. I ate a large yogurt and I felt just fine after. If regular ice cream hurts your stomach, this may be a good option.
My favorite flavor is Coconut. They only have it during certain times of the year, but the other flavors are worth a try. The original is also very good. You can get two flavors in one cup. Top your yogurt with fresh fruits including strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, kiwi or with chocolate chips, coconut shavings, and others.
Pinkberry also has smoothies and special treats like brownies or apple pie al a mode.

i always get their reg plain one but lately i’ve been mixing it with the hazelnut chocolate flavor and yummy!

This Pinkberry location is located next to the Barnes and Noble in a shopping strip so there is enough parking.
It is a very clean location that has brightly colored decoration and design. As far as seating goes, there isn’t much. There are only a handful of tables and one booth.
Pinkberry offers a few flavors compared to some yogurt shops with 12 different machines. I think a plain, chocolate, and pomegranate flavor were offered. Green tea is not an option here like in other Pinkberry chains. Also, the taste of the yogurt isn’t overly sweet. That is a plus for people who like more tart or plain tasting yogurt. I prefer yogurt that tastes like ice cream. Lots of different toppings like fruit or candy can be added on top of the yogurt cup.
Also, the cashier/​sales person puts the yogurt in the cup from behind the counter instead of the customer walking up to the individual machines. This probably keeps the place cleaner. The service was friendly when I went. The price not so much, but its a froyo place so I expected to pay at least $ 4 for a cup.
Pinkberry also offers free wifi.

Overpriced? Definitely. Delicious? Absolutely! :) There really isn’t too much to say. This was my first visit to this location and it was clean and the girl working there was very nice and patient while I made my selections. She let me sample the yogurt flavors and even let me sample some of the toppings that I was curious about! I settled on the butter pecan yogurt with Oreos, brownies, almond Rocha candy pieces, and the crispy chocolate topping stuff which is worth the whole Pinkberry trip alone. It was a decadent but amazing combination that I’m eager to recreate!

I enjoy frozen yogurt but Pinkberry is hit and miss with me.
Unlike other frozen yogurt places this one they do everything for you where I like to be able to assemble my frozen yogurt how I prefer.
I had a smoothie at this location that was a bit off the mark. The girl at the counter had to get their book out to determine how to make the smoothie and it tasted a little bit off.
I do like that they offer waffle cones and a wider variety of toppings than some of the other yogurt places around Dallas.

Look at my number of check-​ins, it’s clear that I’m a fan. I visit this location 2 – 3 times a week. Two thoughts:
1. the yogurt is GROSSLY overpriced, as in, makes Starbucks look cheap. $ 6.44 (tax included) for a medium and toppings? Please. I guess I’m the sucker for continuing to buy it.
2. the employees really should pretend to like their jobs anymore. In the workforce realm, a Pinkberry gig is pretty good. At least put on a fake smile and don’t roll your eyes at me. I get it, you’re a teenager/​young adult, and «swirling» frozen yogurt isn’t your dream job. Newsflash: I’ve been in the workforce for 10 years and still am not doing what I want to do for a living, and I have two college degrees. Build a bridge and be thankful you have a job.

I first tried Pinkberry in LA. I didn’t like it because they only offered one flavor. They recently opened on in Dallas and I decided to give it another try since they had many new flavors. I went in and tried all six of them and my favorites were strawberry and watermelon. You pay one flat fee by size which I like. The small just the right size, they have a variety of topping that they will put on for you. They always have great pairings which recommends what toppings would go good with your flavor of yogurt. They have a nice seating area outside so you can enjoy your yogurt outside.

This place might be a little more than others but you def can taste the difference! They may not have as many crazy flavors, a few basic ones and some really good toppings. Some toppings are more than others.
This isn’t a self-​serve place. You can ask for a sample!

Pinkberry is THE place my kids like to go to. The yogurt is good, but the reason my kids LOVE it is due to the toppings.
