Placed an order this evening through the Pizza Hut app. The app made it convenient to order from the local shop.
The order arrived as promised. Unfortunately, the goodness ends there.
I ordered the food for my brother-​in-​law who’s working a construction job near by. Unfortunately, he lost his wallet this weekend and asked for a favor. He hadn’t eaten since Sat and could not get replacement cards until Monday morning.
I offered to order Pizza Hut, having been a long time user. I ordered from the $ 5 bundle deal on-​line and assured him food would arrive soon. The driver arrived when projected and asked to see the credit card used to place the order. My brother-​in-​law called me and I spoke with the driver who insisted my card be presented to leave the food. I live in the Keller area and have ordered food to be delivered to my home for my children while I was at work. Not presenting my card has never been an issue.
I called the restaurant immediately attempting to explain the situation only to be cut off and clarified on «policy». There was no mention of the card being required at the time of order. I can not find in the terms of use any «policy» for the card to be present and now I’ve been charged without any fulfillment of food.
If I had purchased a gift card electronically before ordering, I do not believe this would an issue. My card would not be requested on-​line and could still be a fraudulent transaction.
Now the restaurant is out the cost of food and delivery as well.
I understand the need to protect against fraud, but the on-​line protocols should insulate the business.
I am asking for an immediate refund of the charges against my account.

Ordered from this location & it was a terrible experience. Order took an hour & 15 mins to get to here and all I ordered was one portion of pasta. Once the driver finally arrived, he forgot both my bottle of water & silverware in the car. He came back several minutes later with a green tea & informed me that the store was out of bottles of water. The store did not call to inform me of this or to ask if I wanted green tea instead. They just decided to give me this. I refused the tea & said I would just call the store & ask for my money back on the water. The driver then buys me a bottle of water from a vending machine (I am in a hotel) with his own money! Kudos to him for being a nice person, but shame on the store for even putting him in that position in the first place! The whole ordeal took about an hour & a half before I was actually able to eat my meal. The food was definitely not worth all this time & hassle.

Ordered delivery and was quoted 40 – 45 minutes. Pizza arrived an HOUR AND A HALF later. No apology, no offer to make it right. In fact, the driver was super rude and told us it «wasn’t his fault». Steer clear of this place unless you are okay to get to the point of starving before your pizza arrives.

We ordered pizza and garlic bread but only pizza was delivered it was sad as after calling back they confirmed that yes garlic bread is missing.

Unprofessional ghetto staff works here. I ordered a pizza at 8:20pm and it arrive at 9:50pm and I live just 5 minutes away! I called several times and they just gave me the run around. Some kid answered the phone and all he said was «aight». I give 3 stars because the manager refunded my money. Pizza was great though but poor service

For years I’ve ordered delivery from this location but I’m done after tonight. The last couple of months the pizzas have had almost no sauce and tonight was no different. Dry as a bone. I used to check the option for extra sauce via the iphone app but since that option has been removed I’m stuck w/​a dried out pizza.

When you need a quick meal and don’t want to leave the house, this Pizza Hut location is perfect. They are a bit slow on the delivery times but the food does arrive hot in spite of this. We ordered the Big Box that included 2 medium pizzas, breadsticks, and chicken alfredo pasta for 19.99+tax. It fed 8 people easy. good value for the buck.
