Pizza Hut

I don’t understand the negative reviews! I order from here all the time and my order is always correct, on time, and fresh. I’ve used both delivery and carryout without a major problem. I have noticed recently that my card is rejected online so they always have to call me to run it again but I think it’s because of the chip that is embedded in it. Would lower my rating if I thought it was their fault but I’m pretty sure it’s just the added security features from my bank.

Decent for cheap carry out Pizza… There is a store that is farther North on Preston that is much more consistent and reliable though.

I don’t know why everyone is complaining about this store! Every time I pickup or get a delivery, the staff is super friendly. I have never had a delivery be late and my pizza is always hot and fresh. There is a very tall man who works there, he looks like management, that is so attentive and funny! I have always been satisfied with my purchase and the attentiveness of the staff there. One of the better PH’s I have ordered from.

We have been pretty loyal to this location, but this time, we have hit the bricks. We ordered two large pizzas and wings, medium. The wings were so hot, they were virtually inedible. Medium is not inedible. The pizzas were undercooked, tasteless and one was missing ingredients. We called back and the redelivered the two same pizzas, and they were still just as awful. The next day, we tried to have it cold, thinking it might help the whole no taste thing, and they are still just plain awful, undercooked and tasteless. Last time I waste money on Pizza Hut.

I received an email offering a discount on a large pizza to celebrate their new menu.
Asked for the pizza to be cut in squares and it wasn’t. Pizza was cold and undercooked. Ordered spinach as one of the toppings, received a very few leaves of raw spinach thrown on top of the cooked pizza. Not cooked in the least. Ordered garlic parmesan sauce with honey sriracha drizzle. The sauce had no taste of garlic or parmesan and was quite bland. Very little drizzle and again quite bland.
Overall. a disappointing experience. will not reorder from Pizza Hut.

TERRIBLE! I just ordered a large supreme pizza with lots of toppings such as mushrooms, pork, beef, black olives, pepperoni, bacon and jalapeños. I come home and it only has pepperoni and sausage. I cant believe how badly they messed up the order. I tried calling the store four times and they did not even pick up. it was as if they were purposely not answering. I will never order from here again and maybe never again from pizza hut!

Very Disappointed in this place. I ended up going to another location. Thumbs down!

I want to give NEGATIVE stars to this place. The service is horrible, I mean they are not giving free fodd to have such a horrible service.
My husband and his family have been a pizza hut pizza eating family for more than 15 years, and once we married I too have joined them. We enjoy their pizzas but this place makes us not want to eat pizza hut ever.
First time we ordered, we made sure that we like the pizza really really well done crispy and said run it twice or do whatever you do to make them well done.
We got home and it was like eating dough or worse (no exaggeration here)
After a month we were missing pizza hut, so we decide to give them a second chance and told them the entire story of our first order, and told them please have it well done this time around.
We come home and guess what… its the same dough eating experience.
horrible horrible food at this place. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, if you like your pizza and money. This is a waste of both !!!

I cant even rate this place its such a dump and unclean and disgusting. My son ordered a pepperoni pizza and wings. He went to pick it up and said the store was unorganized and filthy. We came back with a cheese pizza not a pepperoni and a few of the slices had been eaten and thrown back on top of the pizza. This is gross and this place should fire everyone there. Look at my reviews and I never bash a place but this had to be done. Never eat at the place!

Took 6 minutes to answer the phone and refused to sell me a pizza with more then 5 tops when they have specialty pizza’s with up to 6 topping.
