This is my 11th race season working with Playtri. I have always found the coaches and store staff to be helpful, interested and committed to making my triathlon experience a positive one.
They have worked with me to buy bikes, making it possible for me to buy the best one I could afford, and have gone to the mat to help me and other triathletes out of sticky situations when emergencies arose.
The opportunities for good races, great coaches, excellent and expanding selections of merchandise and technical advice is ever improving and positive. I appreciate Ahmed, Staci and their team for partnering with me on my triathlon journey.

One of the best Tri store and bike shop in Dallas. From gear to coaching, Playtri has it all. Knowledgeable staff and a family friendly atmosphere. Everyone is made to feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door.
When it was time for me to purchase my Tribike, the staff made it possible for me to get the best one that was within my budget. The coaching staff is great and I have grown so much in my Tri-​life from their knowledge.

There is a lot to love about Playtri. Let’s start with bikes, they have one pretty much for every budget, whether you are a cyclist or a triathlete. They even have fixies! Are you a triathlete? They have everything you can possibly need. I already mentioned their bikes, but how about everything else you need?
Wetsuits, skin suits, goggles, paddles, bike helmets, jerseys, shorts, shoes, sunglasses, running shoes, hats, body glide! Everybody needs body glide. Do you also need nutrition? They have that too, electrolytes, gels, etcetera.
How about training? Do you need training advice? Whether you’re training for your first sprint or your tenth Ironman race, this is the place to be!
This is you one stop shop for all things triathlon!
Last, but certainly not least, Playtri is a huge supporter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society through their Team in Training program. LLS has benefited tremendously through their continued support over several years!

I moved up from Austin where I had several options for triathlon bikes, gear and great customer service. I never thought that I would find these qualities in another shop in the DFW area until I went into Playtri. They carry a great selection of triathlon equipment that is hard to find anywhere else in the metroplex. The coaches and staff have always been more than happy to help answer my many questions. Playtri also offers more services and resources than any other other triathlon/​endurance shop I have visited in Texas. The highly skilled coaches, customer service, performance testing, group classes, bike fitting, personal training plans, and a great list of events is just a small part that makes them a great shop. Playtri’s locations offer many opportunities for newbies and seasoned age groupers to get involved in the sport. The owners and staff are very passionate about triathlon which is why Playtri is my new favorite destination for my favorite sport!

Overpriced merchandise, poor coaching and unethical business tactics made my experience with this business a real disappointment. I had to bring the very expensive bike I purchased back multiple times to get fixed because of the incompetent bike techs. It’s still not fixed, but not willing to deal with them any longer. After working as a coach for their Youth & Juniors program for over a year, I finally caught wind of how business is done and decided to move on. Very disappointing experience and it’s too bad because of my love for the sport.

Great business, great merchandise. If you are looking to complete a triathlon no matter what distance, this is the place to go. If you are not looking to complete a triathlon, but want to get fit and stay fit; this is the place to go! From the top down, they care about you and will go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need, when you need it!

This place is the best for all your swim, bike or running needs. Coaching, gear and motivation!!! Awesome coaches that are very knowledgeable and always learning to help us be the best athletes we can be!!! As for the negative comment… I have a very hard time believing this story… it’s just not Playtri. I have bought all my gear through them and even get coaching and nutrition advice as well!!!

I joined a group training program almost 2 years ago and completed my first triathlon. I am now hooked and Playtri has helped me improve my triathlon experience and more importantly leading a healthy and active lifestyle. My husband and two young boys also participate in activities at Playtri and we enjoy doing this together as a family. If you are looking for triathlon or just swim bike run training please check it out!

The team at Playtri has been amazing to work with. The level of knowledge and the amount of dedication that the coaches exhibit on a daily basis surpasses any other organization I have seen. I have seen people finish their first triathlon with smiles on their face and people qualify for World Championships because of Playtri. I have seen my own limits get pushed and am amazed every time I manage to exceed my own expectations. This is the place to go to find a way to live a healthy life through triathlon. I highly recommend it.
