Shawn the manager of this site was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It helped me tremendously as this is the first time I’ve rented a storage space and the unit was in excellent condition and perfectly accommodates me in what I need it for.

I rented a storage unit for about 6 mos. During that time, there were a few issues. One time the front gate wouldn’t open and the office person could get it to open after several attempts. He finally told me to go use the back gate that is not normally used. Not a big deal but it was hot, my day off and not how I wanted to spend my day. When I was moving out, I asked if I could use the back gate because it would be easier for a moving van to reach my unit. The office person said they no longer use the back gate because it was always breaking. This means you could become trapped in there! Another time, after a good downpour, there was water puddled in the hallways in the covered building. I hope they don’t have a leak over the storage units. They don’t seem to take care of their business.
