Broken windows for almost a year now. Repeated requests to fix are ignored. Trash everywhere, not cleaned regularly.

Do not rent here! Second year they raised the rent ! Place is rude and corporate is awful! Started at 119 a month I now pay 177 $

When I first rented my unit I was not happy with the customer service. The Manager would disapear to lunch for hours. However, they just hired a new employee named Stacy. She is phenomenal at customer service. Sometimes life happens and we’re late with our bills. She called me to remind me and I answered the phone during a very tough moment in my life. I was in tears. She was so compassionate I considered her a friend when I got off the phone. She had a choice to be entirely business like or to display her humanity and it seemed natural for her to comfort me. She gently reminded me at the end I’d the conversation of my responsibilities for my past due balance.
I can’t tell you how much this meant to me as a person and a customer. I had felt that Public Storage had become too corporate. She proved that their customers still matter and kindness in any situation is what make customers loyal and return.
I hope she stays at this property for a long time. Loyalty to her will keep me here.

The staff keeps loading carts locked up and are frequently not in the office or on property to unlock them for customer use. The do not send monthly statements and late fees are 20%. Individuals are allowed to «live» in their rental spaces during the day, moving recliners, fans, food and other personal items into the narrow hallways blocking access for others. None of this is an issue with the employees, who all act like they are there only until another minimum wage position opens somewhere else. Very sad. Awful customer service. The moving supplies they sell in their office are approximately 5X higher in price than Home Depot, so shop ahead. Better yet, store elsewhere.
