Shagly Pet Photography

What a GIFT. It’s so refreshing when you come across someone in business who has found there niche and is succeeding. Mark (owner/​photographer for Shagly) traveled to our home to work his magic. Magic it is. If you saw my barren, grass-​less backyard. Once I saw his work I knew he was the one I wanted to photograph our «kids». First off Clarabel, a rescue and our youngest is not usually too keen on men. She becomes nervous and barky when males are around. Foxy isn’t that big of a fan either but both of them warmed up to Mark immediately. He must be the dog whisperer of pet photographers.
So that is a talent in itself… Then there are his photos.
My goodness. What beautiful work he does. Not only was he able to capture the personalities of our dogs but his editing skills are impeccable. Remember the dirt laden wasteland of my backyard? It looked like we were in another world… far far away! We now have our dogs not only forever in our hearts but forever in these beautiful photographs.

Mark is Amazing! I have 2 English Bulldogs, they are stubborn and I can never get them to take a picture that is not blurry. Every Picture Mark took is outstanding! He truly enjoys working with the animals and it shows. He took the time to find locations for the pictures that made them outstanding. Mark Seems to understand the exact way to capture the beauty of my pets. I will always use Shagly!
