Not a modern market like Super H-mart or even Ko-mart, but the prices are always better and the market has ben around since I can not Ben remember. Support your local business.

if your around north dallas and want asian food, i would recommend to go to this place because the prices are reasonable and its clean not like other ones where you can smell that funk once you walk in the door. some of them speaks a little english but if you try to explain to them what it looks like they will be able to help you out. They are very friendly and nice.

This is a small Korean market that actually keeps some things in stock and at low prices to compete with the one down the street called Komart. Sometimes they even have better deals and more fresh things available depending on what you are looking for. This is definitely a good place to drop by and check out!

This place is one of the oldest Korean Markets in Dallas and being as such, its not as roomy and feels stuffed, but don’t let that fool you. The location is alittle tricky as well as it’s located in a Shopper’s Alley. This place has alot of good deals and they make some of the best Kim Chi. There is also a little video store in the back and have a restaurant as well. Check it out if you want a close alternative to Ko Mart.

It’s right in the middle of the«Shoppers Alley» shopping area. If you’re coming here on a Saturday or Sunday I wish you luck on finding a parking spot near here because everyone and their mommas are here shopping in this strip because of all fashion«accessories» that are sold in the stores here. Good grief. Well this Korean market isn’t a nice as Assi Plaza or Komart, but they’re pretty competitive with the other Korean grocers and it seems they’re more into service than the appeal of their store. I believe it’s one of the oldest Korean markets in town although the ownership did change hands a couple of times in the 90’s. The lady who used to make all the kim chi from the Original Shin Chon market from Garland came here when they last changed ownership. My parent’s loved the way she made kimchi. Anyways they have a lot of Korean foods here. An interesting thing they have here are Korean cigarettes, if you’re into that kinda thing.
