These apartments are terrible! If you value your life, this is not the place for you… The staff is so unhelpful and basically if you have a problem with your neighbors or your apartment, you better find away to solve the problem yourself. Not even sure why they need a staff other than to take your money and move you in. These apartments are roach infested, nothing like I have ever experienced. I didn’t even know that roaches bite! So I’ve only touched on a couple of issues but with that being said, these apartments will turn out to be your worst nightmare…

I lived here for 6 months and it was absolutely horrible. They are unsafe in every way possible. There are gunshots and robberies regularly. Dominoes and Pizza Hut refuse to deliver here because the complex is so dangerous they don’t want to risk their drivers lives– that is a direct quote. My apartment was also not up to code– the disposal switch controlled every outlet on that side of the kitchen, and the electrical for the washer and dryer were completely wrong. And we got our car broken into. Don’t live here.

Please do not move here. I am literally begging you not to move here. This neighborhood and facility is not safe. It is not clean. They put up really nice appearances when you are visiting or touring, but the apartment you tour is not what you receive. Where shall I begin? The laundry room. At any given time, at least two of the washers are broken. There are two laundry rooms on site. When one was completely out of order(and stayed that way for an entire month), the other only had three working washers(one of the out-of-order ones was half full of moldy water). My personal favorite? I caught two people having sex on the floor of the laundry room when I went to switch my clothes from the washer to the dryer. Two people just having sex on the floor. Super classy and super sanitary, folks! What’s next? The class of residents is sincerely lacking. Upon coming home from my job, I witnessed a lovely act that definitely made me feel like I wanted to live in this complex. On the right side of the parking lot, an ice cream truck had stopped, surrounded by children. This was great. Heart-warming, even. HOWEVER. The car in front of me? They pulled over to the LEFT side of the parking lot(into oncoming traffic, had there been any, not to mention completely blocking the road, preventing me from passing). What were they doing, you may ask? PERFORMING A DRUGDEALWITHONEOFTHERESIDENTSINTHEBUILDING. I saw it all. Money, drugs, the whole shebang. NEXTTOANICECREAMTRUCKSURROUNDEDBYCHILDREN. Perfect. This isn’t even to mention that you do not want to go into this parking lot at night. Between the police cars, the individuals screeching the«N» word and the gunshots, staying inside is a must. That’s amazing, seeing as my roommate and I are two young females. She works at night and I work during the day. We are rarely ever home at the same time. Not to mention she was once followed back to our apartment by individuals who then tried to come in. Next up… Our lovely neighbors upstairs. I don’t know if they are part-time gymnasts or have some sort of issue where they can’t sit still, but every single hour of the last week(they’ve only been moved in for a few) has been filled with banging, jumping, stomping, running and dropping. Literally every single day from roughly 6 in the morning until 4 in the morning. We brought this up with management? They told us to call the police. We called the police? They told us there was nothing we could do because it was inside. My roommate and I have not slept in days. Next… Let us see. I am a VERY clean person. I like things clean at all times. Everything has it’s own place. I don’t even bother with the dishwasher, I simply wash the dishes by hand as soon as I am done using them. You can imagine my horror when I could see cockroaches and ants coming in and invading my spotless living space. We were informed that spraying would happen once a month as a preventative method. What that really means is that you have to be completely overrun(the ants are in our carpeting, clothes, furniture, electronics. I personally have bites from sitting on the floor in the living room too long.), put in a work order, and then complain in order for the spraying to occur. Lovely. Next up… The whole apartment wreaks of cigarette smoke. As an asthmatic, I requested that the air filters be changed, or for us to get moved to a non-smoking apartment. I opened up a work order. Nothing came about. When I checked on that work order, it was mysteriously closed with a note that said the issue had been resolved. False. Lastly(and honestly the very least of my worries), there is a pool on site. I’d like to make note that it is currently knee-deep into the Texas summer, and the pool has yet to be available for swimming. It may look nice for pictures, but the chances of you actually swimming in said-pool seems pretty nonexistent. Please. Turn back now. Stay away from this complex, and if you’re really smart, stay as far away from zip code 75243 as possible.
