Sonic-Drive In

Popular spot in the neighborhood, has specials occasionally, sends me coupons in the mail. Staff is usually pretty quick unless they are packed, which is understandable. I Frequent this spot often, sonics don’t get enough love on Unilocal

Patience, where are you?
.picture it last days of summer. Let’s grab a snack at the local Sonic in the OC!
. Ready to order?
Press the button. We are greeted by a quick speaking lady with the heaviest I mean HEAVIEST SPANISH ACCENT, with little patience. It took us (no joking) 15 minutes to order. She would continually interject the ordering process and not allow my friend to respond. Although she wanted clarification.(Keep calm I tell myself). Next the food finally arrived. It was wrong. I grabbed the bags and spoke w another lady to have it corrected. When we got home. Midway munching on my burger there was a hair. I took a deep breath and though. Just keep calm. Maybe it was a sign from God. I shouldn’t have a whole burger.
Yeah I will not be back.

Ordered a shake at 10:30pm, received shake at 11:19pm.
Shake was melted.
Great job guys.

I like this Sonic too. With wider parking/​ordering spots, I don’t have to worry about taking out either one of my side mirrors. The server was very friendly and timely. So, I will be back.
By the way, this particular store does not offer a drive through.

Great staff. Always friendly and on time. The food is always hot and fresh. We will continue to eat here thanks to the staff.

I’ve frequented this store often. I can confirm drink orders beyond the most simple, single ingredient seem to give more difficulty here than most other stores. Also, no restroom for customers (!) :(
However, my server, Iraiz, earned this store an extra star as well as a deserved tip. She was prompt, gave a cheerful greeting, confirmed each item in the order with interest and provided an excellent personal face to the company.

Not happy with this sonic. They can never get an order right unless its simple like a drink order. I’m tired if wasting my money on service that sucks. Next time im not tipping.
