Got my underarms done and love the results! Haven’t shaved now in 3 weeks. Was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Most reasonable pricing!

I called for over 30 minutes to try and schedule a couples massage for my boyfriend and I. After 30 minutes of no one answering I gave up and cancelled my groupon. We were really looking forward to it, but after 30 straight minutes of no one answering the phone it wasn’t worth our time.

Phenomenal facial and massage. I purchased a Groupon and was able to only a few days ahead of the appointment. Upon arrival, I was offered wine or water and quickly taken back for my facial. The esthetician (Selena) listened to my concerns and made recommendations. The facial was very pleasant and left my skin looking healthy including after the facial. After the facial, I was taken directly to the massage by Steven. Although I relatively regularly get massages, I can say hands down this was one of the best massages I have ever had. He focused on my neck and shoulders (my request) but also included full body. I had never had a full body massage that made such a difference. During the massage it felt incredible, but I could tell a difference even after the massage. It was so good that the next time I am passing through Dallas, I will try and make an appointment.

I wanted to use a Groupon for a massage and facial with a friend who also bought one. We scheduled together but upon arrival they said there was a mixup and one of us would be pushed back because they had double booked. No previous call, but they admitted it was their mistake for booking an appointment wrong, then said they would make it up to us with hot stones if we rebooked. We did for 2 weeks later and they left me a voicemail reminding me my appointment was at 12 when previously we had booked for 1:30. I called them at 10am to verify and they confirmed our appointment was at 1:30 and their message had been a mistake. However, a little past 12 they called to say I had missed my 12:00 appointment! Once again they offered hot stones after they realized it was their mistake but I inquired about a refund. They didn’t even have the first hot stones offered on file…
Ivy said she would call me back in 20 minutes once her more knowledgeable coworker came back to better inform me about the refund; that was almost 24 hours ago and I’m still waiting. I’m in the process of getting a refund for said Groupon because I’m surely not falling for their awful organizational skills a 3^rd time.

What a nightmare! I bought a Unilocal deal $ 49 for $ 99 went into the shop in Greenville to make an appt and was asked for my credit card to hold appt… after receiving a blissful facial and a mediocre microdermabrasion I was checking out when the front desk girl charged my card full price in addition to what I paid Unilocal!Over 2 days phone calls I was left a msg «what about the tip?» ~ no bank credit yet so once that goes through I will be glad to tip. BE CAREFUL HERE. Four days later still no refund. This ruined a good experience totally ruined it.

If you are looking for an unforgettable couples massage experience Spa 810 on Greenville has excellent therapists! Melissa and Stephen took care of my guy and I. The front desk did a great job of calling us one hour in advance to let us know they were running about 20 mins behind. This was so thoughtful! Upon arrival we were offered fresh fruit ice water. Stephen and Melissa promptly took us to the massage rooms. I won’t spoil the surprise but they are truly great. I highly recommend making it a date for you and a loved one!

I went to this spa to get a facial. Along with that the technician recommended the diamond tip microdermabrasion.
This was a great experience and I’ll need a few more treatments, and I am looking forward to each and every one of them.
My technician was so gentle and caring. She took her time and massaged every part of my face including my neck and shoulders too.
I am hooked!
