We were looking to rent an apartment while our house is being built. Called this place and they had an available unit. They closed at 5:30 and we got there at 5:11pm. Yes, full 20 minutes prior to closing. There were 3 leasing consultants sitting there WAITING until 5:30 and they refused to show us the unit. Claiming they can’t show after 5:30. Ummmm it wasn’t 5:30, not even close. So she then said well I put the cart up. Now mind you I talked to her not 10 minutes prior and told her we were on our way. All I can say is PATHETIC and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I think this is a clear sign of the attitude you would have to deal with if you rent here. Don’t waste your time, because evidently it was a waste of their time to show us an apartment and basically do their job.
