We’ve only been to the Lego Store at Northpark, but we aren’t really interested in driving all the way to Frisco when we can get superior service and help here. The employees are amazing. They are super patient with children, and helpful to parents who are new to the Lego world. We attend all of the monthly Lego Club Meetings, and we’re in the VIP program(you earn points that translate to dollars to buy other Lego products and you have access to new Lego sets before other customers — it’s free, sign up). Brian and Shauna are great at the meetings. Brian has a super cool mustache and he’s actually coaxed my shy children to describe what they are building and tell a little story. My kids are super attached to them, and they still talk about them for days after we’ve left the store. Lego can be a little pricey, but they last forever, and they provide countless hours of play for my twins. It’s opened up a whole new world for us all to play together and spend quality family time together. You can’t put a dollar amount on that.

As others have said, the store is on the small side but still fairly week stocked with all the current models. The employees are friendly and seem to greet each customer both entering and leaving.

Cookie cutter Lego store on the small side in terms of footprint. Store associates were unobtrusive but polite. Prices at official Lego stores are fixed.

As a kid, I lusted over the Lego catalogues I used to receive in the mail. This store allows me to relive those dreams… And sneak a little something home when the wife isn’t looking! Haha!

The squid is getting into Lego’s and i’m all about father daughter bonding that doesn’t include Mario. There’s only so much of that little Italian plumber that I can take. Lego’s sure have changed since I was a kid. The big models are expensive but it’s an interesting way to teach you kid patience and the value of instructions; something I have never learned.

Those parts he bought in his pick a brick container was part of his 2nd place finish two years in a row at the NASA Lego building competition in Houston. Just bragging a little bit on my son.

My son is CRAZY about Legos, so we were pretty excited about getting a Lego store in Dallas. The pictures posted are a little misleading, though. The store at North Park is actually very small, compared to what I would consider a regular Lego store. Also, the staff is not that great — a lot of standing around. However, the Store Manager is AWESOME! We’ve been there so many times that she now knows us(or at least my son’s name). He even called once to ask if they had a product and she recognized his voice.

Not really very helpful or friendly in the store — only go if you cannot get what you are looking for elsewhere. The store is ridiculously small, and often too crowded. We love Legos, but the Lego store is pure novelty — save yourself the trouble, buy online and wait for it to arrive at your door. Buy on Amazon and avoid tax too.
