Love this place. Long-time owner — Dallas — is great and knows his stuff. I also really like the manager — Christina. She started working there about 20 years ago, when she was in high school so she knows everything about the store and its services. She is professional and helpful while being very courteous and friendly. I give them my business when I can. The shop is welcoming and tidy and seems to have many regulars — reminds me of a small town business.

I went here today to get some documents notarized. The notary, Christina, was extremely rude, choosing to notarize only a few documents and refusing others. These were official documents from another country-I don’t know what else she wanted from me! I chose to go to another UPS store on Cedar Springs, where they were very friendly and notarized my documents immediately. I’m not as upset about her not notarizing my things as I am about her rudeness. I guess I should have noticed when there were no other customers in the store.

Just wanted to commend them on being super friendly — I was shipping something to an FPO (not really sure what that means but apparently it is a way to mail things to people in the service) and when the man saw that on the label, he came over and dumped a whole basket of candy in the box. Just a really nice gesture that I’m sure will be well appreciated when the recipient opens it.
Made me feel all patriotic, it’s not often tootsie rolls get a chance to serve the country!
