Great service from Genie! Despite a mishap on another end with the Dallas Symphony, Genie remained very kind during the whole process to resolve matters. Decent pricing and A+ customer service.

BUYER BEWARE! we were charged $ 180.00 in «service fees» and $ 15 delivery fee on top of the tickets. Nowhere does the transaction state this until you already hit the «submit» button. Then they have your CC info and have added these fees. you dont have the option of seeing the hidden fees before purchasing.

This ticket place is really great! The prices aren’t that bad at all. I have bought a lot of tickets from these guys. really nice people wanting to help you out! If a concert has sold out and you are in desperate need of tickets, this is the place to go!
