I’ve been seeing Dr. Bierner for about 2 years and love him (his nurses). The girl who sits at the front desk is so sweet and always goes above and beyond. However, checkout girls are a bit unprofessional and inattentive. Overall I’m pleased with my care from the UT Southwestern Spine Center.
