Wendy’s

Don’t eat here. The fries are old, soggy and cold. My drink was warm and watered down. My order was the opposite of what I actually ordered and I think something had turned on the burger because it reeked. I called to see if I could get my money back but nope they would only replace it with more of their horrible food. Also, one of my friends got a salad from there and the lettuce was wilted and brown with squishy overripe tomatoes and no dressing whatsoever. She didn’t get her money back either. They are super rude and argue with you if you dare to challenge the holy of holies that is the Wendy’s on Forest Ln. Look I know it sucks to work in fast food. Seriously I do but many other people do it well and don’t act entitled and crappy when something is wrong. Get yourselves together seriously or you may shut down like four other places in this area that had bad service. Besides there are million other places to eat. I suggest Whataburger on Abrams or In and Out on LBJ.

They take very long to get your food ready and they are always out of something. Won’t tell you until you are at the window and have already paid. They never have ketchup, BBQ sauce or ranch. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

It’s Wendy’s, nothing special but decent. However, being located within a gas station and directly off of 635, makes it somewhat more convenient than other locations.
