SUPER happy that this location got the vegan black bean patty. We will eat lunch out once a week and this makes it quick, cheap and delicious. The staff are always friendly. It is an incredibly small space, though. I have had to literally squeeze into the place before. There is always enough parking, but we prefer to walk from our apt a few blocks away. The hot pepper mix is legit.

Walked in and all three workers were in the back on their phones chit chatting for like five minutes. Not good.

Great vegan option. You can add as many veggie as you want with no extra charge. They have a good selection to choose from when picking out your veggies. I got a small tomato avocado with tons of additions for only $ 5.95!

I have wanted to try this place for a while. I got the chance in Dallas. Fun place with good sandwiches. You take a slip and fill out how you wanted your sandwich made. Restaurant was clean and a great place to take a break downtown. They push plastic cups and refills for recycling. They also have a program for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. When you buy one then one is donated to people in need. I really liked that! They close early but it was a good time.

I love which wich!!! I never thought I’d become as obsessed with a sandwich shop as I am with WW. I literally went back to back to back for lunch while training in Dallas. I think the staff got sick of me. They have tons and tons of options and you can make your food into a lettucewich, a bowl or regular sandwich with diff types of bread. Trying to watch my waistline as usual, I had the lettucewich. I packed it in with tuna, onions, tomatoes, spinach, banana peppers, jalapeño and mustard. Best wich ever! The service is quick and depending on how cray the line is, you usually get your food within 5 minutes. They have a coke machine with 100 types of coke but I brought my water like the anorexic person I am. I have already found a which wich in Chicago and planning to hit it up because I need my lettucewich ASAP!

The downtown Dallas Which Wich makes the best fast food salad. Period. It’s under $ 7, it’s fast, it’s made exactly how I order it, and they’re so big I can rarely finish one. Most salads are a bunch of bagged lettuce with a little meat and cheese on top. This place gives you an entire sandwich worth of meat and then fills up the rest of a bowl with as much lettuce and fixings as will(barely) fit in the bowl. Love this place.

Delicioussssssssssssss. Definitely on the expensive side for a sandwich, but I’m all about that Reuben. And the ready-made PB&J’s up front are for a good cause :) PROTIP: Place your order in advance online or thru the app if you can. Less time waiting inside reduces the chance that you’ll return to your office wreaking of restaurant grease. #NotProfesh

Good food of course but the staff does pay attention to customers. They have groups of after school teenagers hanging out and running back in forth to the employees basically looks like a daycare after school hours. The charity pb&j’s looked days old. I love which wich but won’t be coming back to this location.

A little clunky for someone new. Ordered buffalo chicken and doubles it. Chicken was cold because the forgot it was a double. Chicken was a bit rubbery too. Then it was so soggy it all fell apart. Cool Concept but the execution is pretty rough. Also $ 14 for a sandwich and a drink seems a bit excessive.

My friend, Courtney G., and I decided to try out this location after seeing a post by @dallasvegan saying that they are serving vegan meat! I was vegan for 4 years, so this was something that I was really excited about. Okay, so service first. Our cashier was very helpful and super nice despite the fact that we were being kind of needy. We weren’t sure how to order our sandwich since it isn’t on any of the bags and we had a coupon. But she got us set up and rolling! First bite of the sandwich, hey this is pretty good! The bread, «meat», and mushrooms were very tasty. I had ordered a «chicken» parm, minus the cheese. I will say, the sauce was cold. Kind of a bummer and a little confusing since the sandwich itself was warm. My friend had very little sauce on hers so she asked for an extra cup… which was steaming hot. Confusing, but not the end of the world. My only real hangup was that I asked for spinach on mine and didn’t get any. :/ My friend felt that some of the employees were being a little rude/catty, but when we went back up for our free cookie we determined that that was just their personality: sassy. Overall, this was not a bad experience. I understand that at lunch time they’re really busy and mistakes are made, plus the Beyond Meat Chick’n was SUPERGOOD. If you’re vegan/vegetarian and stuck in the city looking for a meal that wont set you back $ 15, this is the place to go!

I’d give it 5 stars but I never have given a place 5 stars so 4 is 100% satisfaction for me. I was walking around when I saw Which Which. I’m a sucker for meatball sandwiches and when I saw it on the menu above the order on the street bags I had to do it. Fill out your desires on the sandwich bag, turn it in and wha-la! I got a fresh toasted meatball sub. So yummy and good tunes and great friendly employees also. Do your self a favor go here and not Jason deli across the street that closes at 3pm during the week. Wtf!

So, I have always liked eating here but several weeks ago, I was extremely disappointed in them. They offered an advertising deal because it was their anniversary and on that day, a group of us(about 5 folks) were wanting to take advantage of this deal. Well, it didn’t happen, we were supposed to have printed up the special and hand it to them with our order which only one of us did. However, there was nothing on the advertisement indicating that you needed to do this. We complained and were politely ignored. So, I, as well as couple others, ended paid full price for our meals. When we got back to the office, we filed our complaint online discussing what had happened and why we were dissatisfied with their service. Which Wich’s response almost immediate. My party and I all received apologetic emails and then on top of that, several weeks later, they provided us with a free meal delivered to our office of 15 or so folks that not only consisted of a variety of sandwiches but also drinks, chips and desserts. We even got a token for a free sandwich on our next visit. They truly went above and beyond what was expected, the sort of generosity you never really can imagine. The catered food event went well, we all enjoyed our meal, amazed at all the food they brought. And so I’m glad to say I am a big fan of Which Wich, I was a fan before but I am definitely a fan now. and they certainly have my business and I encourage anyone to go there and take advantage of their amazing sandwiches!

Our first experience with the wich. Everyone(3) enjoyed their sandwich. Tasty, fresh, good quantity of food for basic price.. The ordering system seems revolutionary, what you check is what you got. Look forward for follow visit while still in town.

Picked up a sandwich earlier in the day only to find out they got the order wrong… and now they’re closed. How do you put every meat but Turkey in a turkey sandwich? So disappointed. Chips were good though

This particular location is the flagship location, which means they’ve got some one off projects that aren’t necessarily in place at other locations. They call these sandwiches«R&D». The headquarters offices are actually located in the office building next door. If you like the idea of creating a sandwich with an abundance of options, Which Wich has that game down. When you walk in, there is a wall with a bunch of brown paper bags. Each bag has a different main ingredient listed on it, and you pick your sandwich based on those ingredients. You have the opitons for hot or cold, white or wheat, skinny or not, and a ton of different toppings. Once you’ve marked your order out and put your name on the bag, step up to the register and place your order. Your sandwich gets put on a clothesline style system where they stage all incoming orders. Once they’ve prepped your sandwich on the line they call your name for you to pick it up. This particular location almost always has a manager roaming around the floor during the lunch rush, so if you have any problems they are pretty quick to help. Also, they have the best drink machine around. the Coca-Cola Freestyle, which lets you choose from over 100 different flavors and combinations of drinks. They also have the small, Sonic style ice. Tip: If you don’t like waiting in the possibly long lines at lunch, order your sandwich online ahead of time.

So this is the original Which Wich. That explains why it says«Test Kitchen». Had seen that in the window before after hours so always wanted to check it out. First of all you order by checking off on your bag what you would like. There are many types of bags in fact and I picked up the«Classic». There may be a dozen or more types of bags that relate to different types of sandwiches as a base group. The system was not as confusing as I expected and had experienced at one of the chain locations. It was actually easy to figure out without instructions. In fact it was more clear than Subway. Order came out correct with bread that was definitely better than subway with fresh meats and cheese. All fresh ingredients and it was interesting that you can add nots as a topping. Picked walnuts which went well as they were a little sweet on the outside. The quality was actually impressive. They will warm the cookies if you choose. It’s interesting to watch the other customers filling out their orders in a very serious manner. Fun place, a wide range of ways to do your own wich.

I’m officially a fan of this place. I’ve always walked by & I’m not sure why, but this time I stopped by because I wanted to try something new. And bazinga! It happened. First you choose your sandwich by picking a sandwich sack. I chose the«wicked» aka 5 meats &3 cheese sandwich. My exact order is a medium(10″) with American, provolone & cheddar cheese. honey mustard, regular mayo and honey mustard dressing. caramelized onions.tomatoes.lettuce .pickles .black olives with salt & pepper. And I had the sandwich served hot. Exact quote– dang that’s the best sandwich I’ve ever had! I still stand by that. Totally legit and it’s everything that other sandwich shops wish they were. Downside is the hours. They don’t stay open past 8pm. The line is long, so you have to pick your times.

Which wich is made to order sandwiches. It’s rival would be Potbelly. For those who are downtown looking for a sandwich shop to kill the hunger pains. This is one of the few places downtown that is not underground. You grab a numbered bag which represents your meat or meatless type and the items you want in the sandwich and your bread selection. You bring the bag to the register and order. You are rung up, you pay and wait for your creation. If you check in you get a free cookie which is baked while you wait. … It took everything in me not to eat my chocolate chip cookie before eating the sandwich.
