Horrible selection. Horrible products. Horrible installation. And to top all of that, the customer service is even worse! We have multiple specific examples of each of these. Don’t buy a house from the builders who use them as a design center unless you want a crappy product and endless headaches. Beware!

This company installed the wood flooring in our new construction home, purchased in 2006. In our old house we had wood floors that were nailed down. When we asked if we could have nailed wood floors we were told that that system was «no good» and glue was better. Would last «forever.» Well, here we are 3 years later and the flooring is coming up everywhere. We have splits, separation, and boards loose throughout the house. The quality of the flooring is extremely cheap (even though it costs a lot, 35K+). We feel completely ripped off and are very disappointed in the quality of the flooring. It is the weakest aspect of the house. We would never buy another house with Wisenbaker as a subcontractor.
