I’m not even sure where to start. The wait was way longer than advertised as others after us were seated at tables that would have accommodated our group. There is absolutely no place to stand while waiting so go somewhere else if there is a wait. They had no CO2, so we couldn’t order draft beers. We settled for a bottle beer. Upon sitting, after waiting 15 minutes without seeing anyone, we had to ask for a waiter/waitress. Then, we were asked(accused) twice about whether or not we had payed the bar tab despite having the receipt. The rest of the service was mediocre and cumulated with another waitress accusing our kids of taking one of the video units off of another table. After checking the video units, she confirmed they were both from our tables. Bottom line, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. The food is respectable but the service/waitstaff and accommodations make it a very unpleasant dining experience.

Went here for lunch with a group. Service was good. Place was clean. Food was overpriced, but it’s crappy chain restaurant food so it wasn’t totally shocked. Got the new $ 11.49 prime rib burrito which was awful, should have just got an $ 10.49 overpriced burger. I didn’t consider a $ 17 lunch bill after drink and tip very much of a value for the experience and food quality.

Got seated pretty quickly and the food came out on time. The server was very good. The food was pretty good but not as good as at other times I’ve been to Chili’s. Overall satisfied.

DONOTGOHERE!!! My parents went here on there way back from vacationing in FL. My mom ordered a salad. In the salad was a LIVE3i grasshopper!!! The manager, Tom Mallindine, was very nice and apologized, even comp’d their meals. Since then he has not responded to my mom’s email. Overall traumatic experience

I had high hopes since the smell from the outside was so amazing. However, our first negative experience began with the wait. I don’t mind waiting, I work in the food industry and I know it takes a while. Unfortunately, we watched people who came in after us, with the same number of people as us being seated before us. Not sure why. The poor service continued when my wife was given carbonated water instead of the tonic water she ordered. Next, those new notebook things you use to check out the menu, play games and pay your check with, charged me for a game that I was just looking at. Not really a big deal but slightly annoying. After ordering, we waited, as expected, for a pretty long time before receiving our food. Again, I know they were busy and I know what the dinner rush is like, so I’m not expecting a 2 minute turn around on my food. What we got was food that had been cooked(or warmed up) long before it was sent out. My «craft» burger was completely flavorless and almost cold. My daughter had mashed potatoes the actually were cold on the inside and my wife’s soup was cold as well. None of us received a refill and the notebook thing said that we had no drinks to be refilled. Needless to say. This was a terribly experience was terrible. I will not, ever return location, and may never return to any Chilis.

I typically do not go to Chili’s, but my wife and I wanted something a little different. And it was a disappointment. We ordered appetizers, and the waiter did not bring us plates to share it. I guess he thought one of us was not going to share. I ordered a burger and cheese fries instead or regular fries, and when our food finally came out, I got regular fries. I told the waiter about it, and he said«They must have not seen it on the ticket». Well, my burger was warm, not really hot. However, I ate very slowly and by the time I finally got my cheese fries, I was two bites away from being done. And then, they put ice cold jalapenos on it. I mean, ice cold. They were like ice cubes. I wouldn’t go back based on that type of food service.

What a ripoff. I stayed at the hotel nearby and I ordered a ribs for 10.99 which was 10% ribs and 90% fries. Do yourself a favor and don’t eat here. There are better restaurants around the area.

My husband and I love Chili’s. Unfortunately, because of the usual long wait times at this location, we have never ate there. A couple of days ago we were in Dalton and seen that it was almost empty, so we swung in quickly! We were ignored by two workers, then finally the third finally showed us attention. I’m clearly pregnant and she asked if we wanted to sit in the lounge and look at the beer menu(and she proceeded to tell us it was free seating, hinting she didn’t want to show us to a table) and rolled her eyes when we said no. Our food came quickly, and my husbands drink stayed full… mine was forgot about THREE times. The food wasn’t anything to write home about. Next time I will just go to the Catersville location. The food is better and the waitress don’t flirt with my husband.

This Chili’s was definitely one of the most busy I have ever seen! We were there on a Saturday night with a 45 minute wait for three people. Once we were seated we had great service! I ordered the chili and it was ok. I would order something different next time, but overall it was good.

I think that this chili’s location is alright, but could definitely stand a few improvements, mostly in the staff department. Sometimes service is alright, but a lot of the time the wait is SO long. The food here is always excellent though, so it keeps me coming back. I’d recommend eating here, just know that you might be there for a while.

Frequently I seek out a Chilis restuarant during my travels, but this one was a major disappointment. Rib meat was hard as a rock. Service was subpar as well. Manager(or at least who they sent to my table as the manager representive) seemed inexperienced. When I showed her my entrée, I could not tell if she was unsurprised at my ribs or could care less. After the fact, I check this Chilis on Unilocal and see the ratings are bad. I understand why.

Service was so slow, but the worst was waiting for the bill and getting the credit card back. Between two waiters it was awful. My steak fajitas were burnt too much and the tortillas were hard and stale. Also we had a fly problem where a few garbage flies kept on landing on our food. We were just on our way to Florida from Illinois and we spent well over two hours with the horrible experience when we should have been in and out. I’ve never had such a bad meal at Chili’s until now.
