Found it very interesting to just get this… when the slow boat from China finally arrived, my husband drove 10 hours round trip to pick up to make sure we got what we ordered. He discussed his issues with Jason Stanley’s father(you???) regarding the poor level of customer service. Before my husband left, Jason(son of owner… social misfit?) told him he hoped our floor warped within 6 months… a customer who spent over $ 4000 with you! Well… we passed that 6 months mark & no warping. Fortunately your product is much better than your service and business attitude. Oh…I filed a complaint with the BBB… it was not the first complaint on y’all.
