Ivo did a renovation of a flat that we were preparing to rent. He was very good at communicating, stayed on budget and did a great job at every step of the renovation. This included a full kitchen, bathroom, water heater and moving of a water heater. I’ve worked with many contractors and there only a few I’d recommend as most there are too many surprises with.

Ivo continues to rock as my handy-​man! My husband no longer offers to fix things. He just says to call Ivo.
I store up little projects around the house then schedule a time for Ivo to stop by to give us an estimate and appointment. He never exceeds his estimates.

Great work all around. Ivo created two bathrooms from one existing bathroom and added a closet to our bedroom. Pulled all the permits, worked with our plans, did everything beautifully with full attention to all details, finish, trim and amazing tile work and construction. Great work at a great price.

I can’t say enough good things about Ivo. He’s done a number of projects for us and each have been beyond expectation. We originally hired him to just do a bathroom renovation and ended up having him do many other projects, including a bunch of projects in our kitchen. We had Ikea do our kitchen, but the company that they use just measures and installs. They don’t pull permits, remove the old cabinets, hook up appliances, move lights or outlets, or much else. Ivo worked with us to get the permits, move a number of outlets, install lights, install a gas shutoff that the builder never installed, and installed our backsplash. Since then we’ve had him install a couple of ceiling fans, finish some closet doors, and move some more outlets. He’s always been reliable and reasonably priced. One other thing I really appreciate about Ivo is how he always takes the time to properly prep things and make sure everything else is same as it was before he got started on the job. Also, no project seems to be too big or small, he gladly does them all. We’ll definitely use him for more projects.

The owner Ivo was very friendly, skilled, experienced and effiicient with the bathroom tile work he did for us. He gave us a great price and did an incredible job! He was on time, cleaned up afterwards, and great communication setting up the appointment beforehand. We will use him again for any of our future construction needs. We are very pleased and impressed with Bonev construction and would highly reccomend this company for residential or commercial work!
