EXCELLENT customer service! Came in today to return an online purchase after i had a horrible experience at the westfeild center finish line. I think it was Roger who helped us out. He was a SUPERSTAR! I had told him what happened at the other location and he apologized for having to go through the ordeal i went through. He processed my return without any issues and we were able to get on with our day. Thanks Roger!

January 1st, I purchased a pair of shoes that didn’t have in stock, and so they told me that they would send them to my house when they get it in stock. I went with a friend, and he bought the exact same shoe right before me, on the same day. A week later, my friend gets a shipping confirmation email, and receives his the week after that. Here I am, 20 days later, an invalid finish line tracking number, three ups tracking labels, five phone calls to the customer support center, just to find out that my order is still at the store and not even shipped yet. So why did I get four tracking labels then? The person who was helping me through the support center was really nice, and informed me that the store was having«technical issues» printing out shipping labels. Really? How come my friend got his a week ago, and mine is still sitting there. I don’t know too much about how all of that works, but it seems like a lame excuse to me. Im pretty sure I am not going to do business with them again.

Went here to get some running shoes. I knew exactly what I wanted and went straight for the running shoes section. Immediately I was approached by an associate asking me if I need assistance. I said, «no thank you» and then proceeded on to the wall of shoes to find the right shoes for me. I eventually picked out 2 pairs to try on and decided between. I called over the same associate to get two pairs of shoes for me to try on. Little did I know how things were going to go after this. He came back with both pairs and then the selling pitch began… OMG!!! He started to ask me about what I was using the shoes for! In my head I was like, THEYARERUNNINGSHOESBRO. But, I kindly answered said that they are going to be used for running. He then suggested another pair of sneakers for me to try on. I informed me that I was okay and that I was going to choose between the two that he had already brought out. After trying on the shoes the associate told me that I shoe get some insoles, SMH. I told him that I was fine without them and had no need for them as well as letting him know that I already had a pair. Apparently this was not very clear so he took it upon himself to go over and grab a pair for me to try with my both pairs of shoes. At this point I was just trying to get out of the store. The associate brought over the insoles and said that I should try the ones he had because they may be better than the ones I have. I politely let him know that I was in a rush because I had things to do. As I picked my shoes and headed on my way to the counter he asked me for a favor. OMG… I do not know you, what kind of favor? He asked me to sign up for a magazine subscription!!! Are you serious? He said that it would help him out a lot. At this point I used my skills to kill this conversation quickly. I said what is the magazine and he told me Sports Illustrated. I told him I already have a subscription. I basically replied that I already have the subscription to every magazine he said. After that exchange he had a long face and was like, «Oh, okay sir… do you read all those magazine?». Wow, did not see that response coming. After that he went and got a handheld device to charge my purchase instead of going to the counter. That was a big mistake. When the associate came back he told me he had a an idea. Great, another idea!!! He said that I could sign up for a subscription and then cancel after 30 days!!! THISWASNOTGOINGTOHAPPEN. I told him that I was fine and just needed to get going because I was crunched for time. He then proceeded to ring up my order and I left quickly. What an experience in buying shoes. There is the story… let it speak for yourself… ahhhh…that was tiring. Best of luck folks.

Top notch! I know their prices on different colors differs and sometime the price on the shoes are different than what it is when they ring you up. But hey they’re chilling, they know their product and they’re well educated on their stuff! Ask them about any shoes and they’ll be able to answer you,(just like it supposed to be) Rose and Xavier are the ones who helped me and they’re knowledgable people when it comes to shoes and their features. They also could end up having prices better than footaction and footlocker.

The stars go to Rose. She was very helpful and had great customer service. She was so nice and we actually had a conversation. Keep it up Rose you’re awesome! There were like 3 other people working. One was ringing someone up and the two others were on the other side of the store. I swear they were just trying to avoid helping customers because there were other people waiting for help.

For the most part the employees are nice and knowledgeable. The selection of sneakers are alright but I feel the lady’s section is a bit lacking. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was one of the young female employees telling another that my husband was her customer although she didn’t seem to want to help us. This comment stopped the other young lady from continuing to help us at all although she had already pulled out about 6 different shoes for my husband to try on.(I have more info in tips from this experience). We didn’t feel that the credit belonged with this female employee and decided to walk out with nothing.

There are two finish line locations here, yet none of them carry anything different from the other. Unless your a fan of the prototypical current trends instead of something specific. Don’t bother checking here, must check online. No underamour and no more asics. equals no love… The location tucked away in a little corner of macys is just the same but with even smaller inventory. But even so, theres really nothing there… sigh…so many generic stores and generic products. Thank god for amazon… If you like the typical old nikes on restock. then knock yourself out inside.

they do not stand by what they sell. i bought hiking boots which have zippers. the zipper broke and since they no longer sell the shoe i am shoved out the door without any fix or remedy.

I can usually find a couple of diamonds in the rough here. Good place for running shoes, it seems like they always have the newest styles out as well as some older versions on sale for a pretty good price. I also like the fact that employees aren’t on commision. They are very helpful without being pushy, annoying or lurking. Every time I go there all employees seem young but very polite.

This store has gotten progressively better over time. I believe they are under new management, and it seems the entire vibe of the store has changed dramatically. The store looks much cleaner than before, and offers great varieties for running. The associates are truly knowledgable and really take the time to find what’s right for anyone. The Winner’s Circle program is the best way to save money, especially in tough times such as this, because they send coupons very, very frequently. Best wishes for the Finish Line at Serramonte!

I went here recently to buy 2 sweatshirts for $ 40. $ 20 each is pretty decent for a sweatshirt. I go to the register and ring out. The lady hands me this club card. NEVER asked me if I wanted to join. She said«could you just fill this out for me» not knowing what the heck I was filling out she was totally rude about it. At least foot locker ASKED me if i wanted to join their club program. Yea yea I know its free. I dont’ shop at Finish Line at ALL I just need a college sweatshirt for a game that I didn’t want to pay $ 20 each. Now I have to get junk mail from another store that I could care less about!
