Gnc

This is a higher rating than I would give other GNC’s in the area. The reason: 1) When I bought my purchases, they did not ‘look up’ by purchase history to see if I could be talked into buying one of the same products again and 2) They gave me an unadvertised discount on the product that I was going to buy. The reason that they do not get the full 5 stars, is that again, like in all GNC’s they literally attack you as you walk in. One never knows where the clerk will pop up from but they get you 5 feet into the door. They want to know what you are there for and to make the sale fast. God help you if you want to look at any of the product information. I didn’t test this out at this store, but you get the sense they will stand 2 feet from you– staring and talking at you if you want to just look at their products. I get anxious whenever I walk into a GNC. It is like being a zebra in a lion’s jungle. Pounce!~

Every time I go into a GNC there is always someone new working there and pushing to sell an item, even though I’m not looking for it. They might be judged on customer service, but don’t over service the customer to the point to where you scare them away. I will ocassionally step inside but am often ran off by the sales driven workers. Maybe they are paid on commission?

I love this GNC, it’s my third time coming to this one and they always have a wide and full selection of there total lean products. Also it’s almost always half off. Which is never a bad thing. The employee Valentino who helped me and my sister was awesome, he has great customer service he helped make an easier decision … Definitely see him for any help.

NO I DO NOT WANT TO DONATE MONEY TO YOUR CHARITY!!! I JUST WANT SOME VITAMINS AND SOME PROTEIN. Every time I come in here I get guilted into donating a dollar to charity. Just another reason to buy supplements online. Instore retail is already dead, but they’re digging themselves a bigger grave by making customers feel pressured and uncomfortable at checkout. Stop. Stop. Stop.

I went to this particular store and was welcomed with great attitude and knowledge. Thankful for the person who worked there to answer my questions. I felt very comfortable to ask any work out questions.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful here. I always get good advice and the staff is pretty knowledgeable about most of the products on the shelf. With that said, one star is off for limited stock. Not the store’s fault at all, but I always seem to not find one or two items I was hoping for. Hooray for online shopping?

I only come here for the Lean Shake 25 protein shakes… but why write a review? …well, it’s simply cuz of GREAT customer service!
LOVE the fact that the products I want are always in stock!
LOVE the fact that I usually get FREE sample products along with my purchase!
LOVE the fact that I get $ 10 off coupons in the mail or via email!
LOVE the fact that employees are efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable!
LOVE that this GNC is located in a mall, so parking is ample!
CONVENIENCE: **** [Located at Westlake Mall, next to the 24hr Walgreens.]
AMBIANCE: **** [Clean, well-​lit, fully stocked shelves.]
SERVICE: **** [Fast and friendly, but usually only 1 employee working.]
PRICE: $$ [Products range in prices, but lots of BOGO or ½ off deals!]
OVERALL: **** [4-​stars… well compared to other GNCs, this one by far is the friendliest!]

I come here pretty often for Vitamins and /​or powdered goods for my significant other. This place is great for all your vitamin needs and maybe if you’re into the protein powder and such. The service is great. The staff knows what they are talking about and very helpful.
