Hamlin is the MAN! Seriously, he was great. He gave great customer service! He was super knowledgeable about proteins, ingredients, and what was good for what. No BS either. He works out, knows a lot about, diet, nutrition, and seemed to have all the answers. This is the best experience, interacting with staff at GNC. Yes, I spent over a hundred dollars… he’s that good.

Great products, fun and knowledgable staff. You can tell that they are a real team. If one associate didn’t know the answer they asked another. They also pulled out some books to look it up for me just to be sure! Will only return to this store, the staff treated me like a friend and gave me good deals(AND free samples) The gold card is a huge help!

Customer service here is non-existent or just downright rude. As a customer, I do NOT want to hear about how probiotic coffee will make you go to the bathroom. Especially as I’m standing RIGHTINFRONTOFYOU paying. Oh and let’s not mention the other time where I was ignored while standing at the cash register for a good five minutes while the girl was on the phone.

Overall I like this location. Staff is always helpful and they don’t push products you don’t want/need. They will consult with you on things that may be a better option for you than what you may have come in for which really you shouldn’t be trying anyhow lol and I like that they almost always have a nutritionist on hand. Plus after I go here I can shop :)
