Their pesto and jalapeño bread is really good but it was a little expensive but overall it was worth the price because it pack with flavor and it’s huge. They offer to heat the bread up.

This is a nice little bakery on the 1st floor at Stonestown. I walked by and decided to get a jalapeño cheese bread for $ 5.75. They warmed it up. It was a nice lunch snack. They have a nice offering of desserts and savory baked goods.

I can’t believe how great this bakery is… We were trying to walk the mall and release the big meal we just had while stumbling upon this bakery… It was so good, the napoleon was so light… fluffy and just absolute delish… Then there was the banana caramel… with just the right consistency… rum in the chocolate cake bottom. …

This café is located in the Stones town Mall and has side walk Paris like café seating. The chocolate roulette cake slice is large enough to split and is divine. The pastries although a little pricey are quite good. The coffee is great. If you keep your receipt you can get a coffee refill anytime that day. Sometimes I will have a cup of coffee when I arrive and will have my refill a couple of hours later after shopping.

I’ve always passed by this place and today finally decided to grab myself a small snack. They’re garlic croissant or twist was super fluffy, flavorful but not pungent, and melts in your mouth. The workers were friendly and had a smile on their face with each customer they served. Ps. Make sure to get your pastry warmed up so it goes perfect with your coffee.

Treat customer right the first time. You shouldn’t have a cranky sales person on an early shift on a Saturday.

Came here for a last minute breakfast option, and the Spinach & Cheese sandwich was honestly really good! The cheese wasn’t too melted to where it was gooey and greasy but was melted enough for a nice taste! My girlfriend also really liked the same sandwich! I also got a medium(Moyen) Mocha in the mug and its a lot of coffee for 3.75! Also customer service is good the lady that helped us was nice and directed where to get our food and took our trays after we were done eating c:

I have been to this café/bakery/patisserie for many times and I’m finally writing a review. I love the French cookie brioche, it’s a perfect item to have for breakfast. The sugar brioche is also very good, but even better when you ask for it to be sliced and toasted. The vanilla custard is to die for-flaky croissant dough baked with sugar on top that creates a crunch when you bite into it, and the creamy vanilla custard, Hmmm… it’s just perfect. For savory items, I love the bacon quiche and also the ham and cheese croissant, both are very good. However, I would not recommend any cake from this place, I have been disappointed for many times. Their cakes just don’t taste so good. La baguette is a wonderful place to have breakfast, brunch or afternoon tea, the staff are friendly and the service is great!

This is for their breads I have not tried their sweet items yet… I love their jalapeño bread it’s great and for once the jalapeños are nice and spicy! It’s $ 5.25 for one AND if you check in on Unilocal and spend $ 10 you get a free coffee. Done! Cause I purchased 2 jalapeño breads and received a coffee. It was late afternoon and the coffee was still piping hot(and strong). The nice lady behind the counter toasted and cut my bread into nice sized pieces.

Nice environment! You can sit inside the mall or inside the restaurant! Very relaxing! Loved the French onion soup with the ham sandwiches! Service was good, too! Also can use the wifi from Apple next door!

Their pastries are a bit on the pricier side but they are really pretty and delicious too. The staff is always friendly. I’ve come here on a few occasions to get a small pastry for a co-worker or for my parents and the staff is always willing to put some ribbon around the box to give it a nice touch.

Good variety of pastries and desserts! Ordered a slice of the mango mousse & hazelnut cake. Both cakes were extremely sweet! The mango mousse didn’t have enough mango taste and tasted artificial. The hazelnut cake lacked a strong hazelnut flavor. The chocolate macaron it came with was fresh, but very sweet. If you check in on Unilocal & spend $ 10 or more, you get a free small cup of coffee. Verdict: I’d stick with the cakes at Cocola.

They bake the bread and pastries right in store, so it’s definitely one of the freshest options that Stonestown provides. I had a croissant which was one of the flakiest I’ve had in a while. I also paired it with a vanilla latte. Although the price of a latte and pastry seemed a bit higher than normal, it was worth it! The service was super friendly and informative too. Everything was displayed in a tidy and clean matter.

Strong coffee at a good price. Cute little pastries and desserts to try. They all look relatively fresh too. Lots of different lunch foods too — sandwiches, etc. Bread. Of course. lol. It’s nice to just sit down and relax a little after doing a bit of shopping.

The deserts here are delicious and cost about $ 5 – 6, so are good snacks while shopping at the Stonestown Mall. The service was very friendly, fast and perfect. Parking here, of course, being the mall is plentiful and easy(other than during the holiday crush, but still manageable with a bit of luck and karma) There’s 2 – 3 options in the mall to get desert type items, this is one of ‘em, and I like what they have to offer here.

My cousin always comes here for the jalapeño cheese bread and it wasn’t that bad. Saw macarons in the glass case and wasn’t trying to spend $ 2.75. Finally got the courage to do so today and I’m a bit disappointed. I got the caramel and passionfruit macarons. The caramel macaron had a hollow in it. The recipe definitely needs to be revised if they are trying to sell it for $ 2.75 each. The Passionfruit did not taste like Passionfruit at all. This recipe also needs to be revised for taste, the texture was on point for this one. 2 stars for the bread and ½ star for the caramel flavor for the macaron and ½ star for the texture of the Passionfruit.

I’ve come here a few time for cakes, and they’re all great tasting. I’ve tried the Tiramisu and Hazelnut Mousse, both very soft and the mousse had hazelnut bits which I love. I’ve also had the Raspberry Truffle a couple times. I normally don’t like items with raspberry since they can get pretty sour. But at La Baguette, the truffle is covered in a layer of marzipan, which then pairs well with the raspberry flavors. I wouldn’t recommend the Petit Fours. Nothing special about them and very pricey. I’m glad they’re opened here, cause Cocola can get boring sometimes, La Baguette has a lot more variety.

«If the divine creator has taken pains to give us delicious and exquisite things to eat, the least we can do is prepare them well and serve them with ceremony. « Couldn’t have said it better myself, Fernand Point. I have this supreme love for bakeries, and the only bakery here in Stonestown mall at the time was Cocola. I remember when this area was a huge block for some time. And when I found out they were going to put a LA Baguette, I was more than excited. The interior of the place is pretty simple. A large and spacious bakery with a few tables. There’s also two long couches and a coffee table next to the wall with simple artwork hanging. Their menu for their drinks hang high on the wall behind, and it’s fairly standard, serving coffee and lattes. You can also make your own italian soda here, but I’ll explore that option in a later visit. A large glass display that starts from one end of the bakery to the other. One shelf is filled with cakes and desserts(nommm) and the other filled with pastries. They also have sandwiches and other savory goods, and one interesting thing here is that they have a shelf of ice cream(or gelato, couldn’t quite tell). Their goods are labeled with the name and price, so it’s easier to decide on what you want rather than to ask how much something. Here are some pros to this place. — Larger outdoor seating. — More lively ambiance compared to Cocola. — Nicer variety than Cocola. — They have almond croissants, which i tried first. Mmmm. It’s definitely an almond croissant. Flaky and powdery exterior, chewy and soft interior filled with sweet almond paste. They definitely do no skimp out on the filling either. I had one in every bite(that or I take big bites maybe. Merp.) — Second time, I had the vanilla custard bun(not sure what it was really called, but it was vanilla filled.) The exterior is that of a simple croissant, lightly buttered and chewable. The vanilla filling wasn’t sweet, but there was a nice hint of vanilla extract that you can still taste. Sadly, for this pastry, they skimped out on the filling. It’s not really there :(. While I really wanted to like the place, I had to deduct a star for the following: — Service-wise, it’s a hit or miss. Sometimes a worker will tend to you if you stand by the glass shelves, and sometimes they will tend to you better if you go up to the cash register. I would suggest looking for what you want, and bringing it to the cash register instead. Saves you some time. –Their prices are off the wall. $ 5.50 for a small dessert? At Cocola, their desserts, while also pricey as hell, were a tad bit cheaper but were also good in quality. — I’m surprised they don’t have macarons. Overall, I definitely would find myself here. I’ve yet to try out their drinks and most of all, desserts!
